Drek insisted I put in provisionals for the use of my pds as they can now hit adjacent systems. As of right now only Blend and Khell are exempt from firing at unless they either attack me or move ships into any empty space or asteroid field system adjacent to any University controlled planetary system. I put that in late last night. I should have given Nico a heads up that he risked being fired upon if he moved closer.

I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Our dealings were done in all fairness. You will be getting a very cheap tech and I was able to accomplish what I wanted. Moving to a system closer to me is an entirely different matter. I'm sure blend would agree as you look to profit mighily being his neighbor.

I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Important Notice

I screwed something up. But the good news is I screwed it up for everyone equally.

For some reason, I thought the racial technologies never functioned as prerequisites. As it turns out, they do! Just the unit upgrade racial techs don't (same as how regular unit tech upgrades don't). I've updated everyone's racial technology list in their initial PMs. No one has actually researched a non-unit-upgrade racial tech yet, so it doesn't change anyone's current prerequisites, just something to know for future research. And apologies for anyone who would have gotten a racial tech earlier had they known this.

The only racial techs that have multiple prerequisite colours are the unit upgrade ones (IIRC those all match their generic unit upgrade techs' prerequisites).
