Also, checking in. I like the Dejim vote but will read through again first. Their lack of engaging in speculation about the question mark in PS' post is notable (it was the first thing I considered posting about while reading before seeing it had already aroused much debate).

Jalan/Thyr/Tennes comment on PS's wording and start on role speculation.

Dejim calls them out, but also posits that there may be some sort of signalling going on, which I do not see why that would be the case.

Path-Shaper clears up the mechanic speculation.

Kalse in turn is suspicious of those talking mechanics.

Dejim makes his point again on role speculation, then returns the vote for Jalan. The downside to this vote is having the signalling part of it, I don't see why there'd be signalling. I'd see the vote for role speculation.

Skintick also agrees about signalling being pointless here.

Jalan and Dejim are indeed butting heads so this looks to me like a chainsaw defense.
