I'm not trying to downplay anything here, this just isn't town vs. scum. This is a faction game, so you need to get out of that mindset. There are 2 factions and 2 independent players here, that changes things.

How about we all claim our faction (but not leader), forcing the solo players to choose a faction to fakeclaim?

As long as the members of both factions are honest, it should narrow down the hiding spots for the other two and catch them out by lynching where the numbers are too high.

Just because there is parity in numbers doesn't mean they are equally good.

They are equal numbers, and (presumably) have balanced abilities. Since there is no majority to speak of, "good" becomes a very relative (and thus, practically useless) term.

Why on earth do you think it would be a good idea to reveal the factions? People with offensive night actions are gonna have a field day!

The bolding thing is a courtesy to the mod to make keeping a current vote count just a tiny bit easier.

I have no intention of revealing my faction, and furthermore, I don't appreciate you setting me up as your false leader. It's obvious to anyone paying attention that I can't be at this point because revealing your leader on day one to everyone would put your faction at a serious disadvantage and doing so on purpose is pretty much playing against your win condition.
