One of the best.

He was underrated as an actor. If you haven't seen the Hatfields & McCoys miniseries with him and Kevin Costner as the head McCoy and Hatfield, do yourself a favor and watch it.

I was poking around on Twitter this AM and saw that "Game over man" was trending, though I had no idea it was about him until I actually started reading the tweets. I loved him in Aliens, it's probably my favorite one of his movie roles.
RIP.

Damn.
Fun fact: he's one of the two actors to be killed by an alien, a predator, and a terminator. (Lance Hendrickson is the other one.)

He had such a good 'everyman' vibe to him, which is what made him so great in roles that tweaked that idea: Big Love and A Simple Plan come to mind, as well as one of my favorites: the casually (but all the more effective for it) disturbing Frailty.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Lovely actor, loved his films. His characters. Surgery ain't no joke.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Why don't I remember his True Lies role? I've got Arnold, Roseanne's husband, Jamie Lee.... bad girl I can't remember?
