They'll be fun when both Messi and Ronaldo retire as they'll have to actually think about it for once.

Also Zlatan should have won it way more :D

Suarez over Zlatan 100%.

Are you high? :p

Luis Suarez may be mildly talented, but he needs one of those masks like they put on Hannibal Lecter. Filthy biting scumbag.

By the way I'm talking football ability here not character. Suarez and Lewandowski best strikers of the last decade.

After the incident in the World Cup my mates and I started referring to him as Mr. Chompers or Bitey Bite Man. And boy does he have the front upper deck stacked with the Chiclets that can get the job done. That mandible should be registered as a lethal weapon.

What a finish against the States. Insanely good

uh, did Klopp get the Lazik eye procedure? I didn't recognize him at first without his glasses. In the match yesterday against Inter, I was all like "when did Liverpool get a new manager?"

Real shame, I thoroughly enjoyed Italy at the European cup. They were the deserved winners, which is a rarity in itself. Now we are basically guaranteed world cup participation of the anti-football horror that is Portugal, the Ronaldo one-man show. Dreadful team. They spend more time rolling around on the pitch in agony or injuring opponents in very nasty ways than playing football.
Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.

You just described most South American teams.

Well, I guess Portugal and Spain introduced more than just their language and smallpox to that continent.

Yay, the US Men's National Team qualified for the World Cup. They only had to not lose to Costa Rica by six goals or more. Barely squeaked by with a 2-0 loss. So, yay?

On a positive note, our friends to the north made it in. Was the 1980s the last time they qualified, so that's a feather for their cap.

Group draw is this Friday. I wonder what the group of death will be?

USA and England in the same group (Group B ).Going on live so still 2 more teams to be determined.

That cocky little twerp, Christian Pulisic, probably will be familiar with many of the lads on the England side.

I've a feeling Group B just might end up being the "group of death."

[EDIT] huh, Iran and either Wales, Ukraine or Scotland to Group B. Still drawing, but don't think Group B is the group of death. Still pretty brutal though.

No real group of death. Which is quite surprising, as usually we (Netherlands) are in it and we were in the 2nd pot again, which tends to be a recipe for disaster. But we actually got the host nation🤣

Senegal will be tough though, African champions.

Group C could be very interesting, actually.
