Typing these clauses out was getting tedious.
Seriously good job everyone that picked up the clues.

Bosh.
One down one to go.
Still like Monok for our sk but will get a reread at some stage during the freeze.

It's a long weekend and my upcoming birthday, so God only knows how much time I'll have.
Still, figuring out which one of you 6 is scum should be doable.

6v1 now huh? I like these odds. It's hurt that we lost the vig though.
I'll be around and willing to play all weekend if anyone else feels like joining in. Otherwise, happy weekend and I'll see you all on Tuesday.

Ok, I'm thinking our SK is Monok, Rhyll or Denesmet.
pretty much gut feeling on all three on a post or comment here or there. But Monok has stuck out the most often to me.

I'm glad I'm not the only one having trouble recovering from the long weekend.
Quite busy today @ work. Should be able to do a re-read tonight when I get home.

Lol.
I think Anomandaris could be SK. I think this because of the unspecified way he responded to something mostly unspecified which I said.

Funnily enough, I actually agree with your gut on the other two you named, and I would substitute HP for myself. However, that's a large group and I have to reread before I can narrow it down further. But to me those are the three who've been around but nevertheless made the least waves. So I have no solid thoughts yet, but initially those are the three I'll be taking the closest look at.
Pretty busy day coming up so I may not be around again until about 8 hours before timeout.

Answer for Anomandaris. It was neither a suspicion of Monok not was it a joke.
My only suspicion thus far has been about you. Granted, just a gut feeling, but it's all I've got. It'll have to do for the time being. Convince me otherwise.

Ok, finishing a re-read. The bulk of conversation was about whether Korlat was Tatts or not.
Only thing that strikes me as really odd is Ano's post
I realize Monok's reasoning here is far-fetched, but this post still feels as a bit of an over-reaction to me... like someone who knew that the healer picked correctly, maybe?
it's flimsy and weak, but that's the only thing that actually jmps out at me on the first pass over the thread.
the other thing is SIlanah. He posted a lot of anti-FM BS, but his actual contribution was mostly "I'd like to hear X say more on the topic of Y" or "I agree with Z, he's playing like town should".
I LARGELY agree with this.
I have a stomache bug, been off work and away frm the PC for quite a bit. I will update you all on the grisly details of the illness daily in supplication for my inevitable low posting.
I'll also talk alot about contract law. Will spout parts of paragraphs
Togg Train: Fener, Korlat, Silanah, Monok Ochem, Hood's Path, Ultama (Ano is voting for Korlat)
Korlat train: Ryllandaras, Bek Okhan Hood's Path, Silanah, Anomandaris, Fener (my vote was missed)
Conventional Mafia logic would suggest Silanah is more likely scum. I'll probably go with that vote tomorrow, unless some inspiration comes to me in a dream.

Here Ano makes a very good point:
The sooner everyone has alted everyone else the better because the FM then needs to pull of a convincing imitation rather than pulling out the "busy day at work" routine for a few Days before jumping again.
For the record, I have nothing coming up that will alter or adjust when I am available to post either this week or the next.
Of course this makes the FM have to work a little more. We also need higher participation to get that SK narrowed down too. That means posting people! (or posting, people perhaps but I am overly fond of the comma - these days we tend to notice if someone tries pretending to be a box)

Well turns out according to clause 1.132 2.1 of the practice manual the definition of debt is:
"That which is owed or due; anything (as money, goods, service) which one person is under obligation to pay or render to another"
It has been held that a debt may include an obligation to give specific performance and Advocates Maisels and Kinghorn in legal opinion to ihe institute were of the view that the word 'debt' in the 1969 Act must be given a similar wide meaning and could not be confined to claims for liquidated sums of money or even unliquidated claims for damages.
In short, 'wheres my money?'
That said I'm in favor of the low post pogrom so long as we're all in agreement to also consider players not contributing to actual discussion. Nonsense for nonsense sake is bad for team RI.

JBCC edition 6.1 section 26.0 payment / adjustment of preliminaries
Option A to be assessed by PA, an amount pro tated to the value of the works executed in the same ratio as the preliminaries to the contract sum, (including tax); shall exclude the amount of preliminaries, all coningency sums and any allowance for CPAP
In short I need to find a decent calculator.
Morning all, I promised a case build but cant get to a PC in present state. I have been following more or less on the Pad and mobile.
The flow of the game so far in summary:
Korlat was vocal day 1 and making decent cases end of day 2. Now (s)he is not so vocal. This is not consistent and has everyones hackles up.
Last game I did say I dont really like basing play of alting, that wasn't just cover. If Tatts was Korlat I really wouldn't trust myself to say. Those on and in tune with the meta game seem pretty convinced, three if I count MO, Ryl and HP which helps me identify the more invested players.
Korlat was on my radar for completely different reasons and Ano has popped up at unusual times. thats all I have at the moment. FM aside I think the real challenge is working out Where the SK wants town vote to go. I'd imagine the FM would want to go for the SK early on, and vice versa. Korlat being silent day 2 doesnt seem to help our cause, the lynch train makes the most sense. I think its a bit weird to have complete silence from a possessed character though. I'd have expected the slip up to be in the playstyle and not the lack of it. Either way:
VOTE KORLAT
Is the best way to work out if the meta game is on to something. If not it ends the speculation there and helps us follow the breadcrumbs to the likely SK at the very least.

Korlat, can you continue your rundown of the cases you'd started on low posting and contributions near end of day 1? You didn't complete it and I don't fully understand why you havent. Seemed very useful for town.
Also are we in the weekend freeze yet? Considering we have what might be 5??? hours left of the day, we have some time to hear your final thoughts.

Your Silanah vote is strange. While I don't like lawyers, my reread of him doesn't really stand out as "scummy" at this time. His vote position on the lynch train also doesn't matter, since I believe the op said that the SK and FM are on opposite sides.

This is very slow stuff people.
Surely we all need to post more to make it harder for the FM to hide later?
Will commence a no poster pogrom poste haste

I LARGELY agree with this.
I have a stomache bug, been off work and away frm the PC for quite a bit. I will update you all on the grisly details of the illness daily in supplication for my inevitable low posting.
I'll also talk alot about contract law. Will spout parts of paragraphs

Nonsense for nonsense sake is bad for team RI.
vote togg
In other news I've visited the john so often these last 2 days I may need to buy a new greatest book of Sudoku part 2.

Client agreement 2008
1.0 Services
Clause 1.1.6 close out
Fulfill and complete the project close-out including the preparation of the necessary documentation to facilitate the effective completion, handover and operation of the project.
In short, it aint over till the fat lady has her house.

Togg Train: Fener, Korlat, Silanah, Monok Ochem, Hood's Path, Ultama (Ano is voting for Korlat)
Korlat train: Ryllandaras,
Conventional Mafia logic would suggest Silanah is more likely scum. I'll probably go with that vote tomorrow, unless some inspiration comes to me in a dream.
I agree with you on anomander that post and the context seemed off. I dont agree with you on myself because of posting patterns. I made it clear im not in a position to post from a PC.
That said your re-read can be lead to make others see me along similar lines about me and I would agree it may be I played myself into a scumish position not contributing as much as I usually do. I'm playing from phone and pad, as I said earlier, so I haven't had much luck stringing Quoteful cases together.
I'm happy to field any questions you need answered about the content but cant really say much more about the pattern of my posting.
I'll commute and try steal a few minutes at work to explain why I thought Tatts/Korlat and ano bothered me. My radar was off on the former but I think i'm onto something on the latter.
