Who would be the best for roles in a movie based on the MBotF? Ill throw oit a few examples :

Kalam Mekhar-Idris Elba

Huh, good question.
Lets see, let me start with the characters you mentioned.

Kallor- I feel like Christopher Lee would have been great for it, but RIP.
Caladan Brood- The ones you said sound good, or pretty much any beefy wrestler that can act could do the part.
Karsa Orlong- Conan Stevens, or Arnold from like 20 years ago.
Vorcan- Havent really thought but Lena Heady sounds good for it
Kalam Mekhar- Terry Crews
Shadowthrone- I probably have to agree with Dave Chappelle lol I think he could do good as him or Iskaral Pust. I personal think he would do better as Iskaral Pust.
Whiskeyjack- I would love to have Sean Connery from when he was in The hunt for the red October.
Surly- Hard one, Maybe Jamie Chung or Michelle Krusiec, Idk. I can't think of any younger Asian actresses.
Hood- Idk
Ardata- Idk again.
Cotillion- Maybe Mark Dacascos
Fiddler- Damian Lewis maybe
Ganoes- Matt Damon from a few years ago would have been nice

I would have to think on it more for more actors and what not.

Lmao, Terry Crews is an awesome suggestion for Kalam! Now, we just need someone who is brilliant and cagey to play Quick Ben. A young Eddie Murphy or Wood harris (Dredd).

as much as I love Terry Crews he's too loud and lively to be Kalam, and too bulky, I know Kalam is strong but he's also hella quick and agile.
I don't know if any gen Eddie Murphy could do QB's subtelty and slyness justice.

We arent exactly being serious. Some suggestions are just funny to imagine. I wouod pick someone like Idris Elba to play QB. Of course, mr Smith (Hugo Weaving) would play a Tiste of some sort.

Elba is cool enough for QB. but he also has the menance to play Kalam.

Just cast Stone Monkey as QB and be done with it!

I know, and neither was I got a little lost in tone I think!

I'd go for Elba as Kalam of the two, but on the other hand I could imagine him making an interesting Quick Ben. I always imagine Colin Salmon as Ben.

Elba as Kalam would be Great. Colin Salmon as QB is a nice idea and I can also picture Dave Chapelle as a good Pust.

I have actually some problems to think of actors for a lot of characters, as I have already pictured them in my mind and it is difficult to find a lookalike person with good acting skills.

Spite - Natalie Portman <3 <3 also a super hottie

Dujek Onearm - Darn, I had someone in mind last night for him, now I'm drawing a blank. Patrick Stewart? Why not.

I still stick by Terry Crews being Kalam lol, I think he can tone down his goofyness.

Now the three Beddict brothers. Hull needs to be someone tall, Brys needs to be a pretty boy, and Tehol needs to be a funny guy.
Maybe Chris Hemsworth for Hull, Liam Hemsworth for Brys, and Idk, can't think of someone for Tehol.

Know what lets just have Eddie Murphy play everyone He does it enough in his own movies.

Agreed that Terry Crews might be a bit over the top. But Kalam is described as bulky and "massively dense", or something like that, so I'd propose Michael Jai White.
