So, my attention keeps jumping back into this timeline that Siergiej helpfully put together. The bit that's sticking out to me the strongest are numbers 3&8. Macros was the first one to point a finger at Ando and started that train rolling. A bit of time goes by, and then he jumps onto the newly started Tatts train. A great shot at sowing chaos and creating factions.

Alright, I've looked back at our two most wanted today. Andorian and Tatts. My opinion is that between the two Tatts is more transparent and straight with Andorian seeming the scummier one. See following:

We start off with Andorians speculations that people dislike.

Accusations fly and Tatts is dragged in as also participating on the speculation, but I like the defense saying that they did not speculate on town roes as Andorian did. Which is true.
