Nope, I lost the CD and bought it on Steam.
Is it the Barbarians expansion? I am really bad at keeping track of versions, but I do know that one Rome has Egypt vs Seleucids as the default battle and one has Gaul and Julii vs Macedon. I have the second one.

Ugh. Windows 10 can be so annoying sometimes.
My laptop was seriously slow - Task Manager was showing 80-100% disk usage - I checked which process and it was a system task. On a hunch I checked Windows update, and yep, Windows was installing updates and it was slowing the laptop so much I couldn't open my browser.
