I just can't guess right on Defenses. Wow. Jeremy Hill and D is killing me.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Well, scoring 50 points above your projection is a damn good way to secure it. Nice lineup.
As for other players and owners, let's have a look at Tatts. Tatts, what a pickup in grabbing Larry Fitzgerald, I thought he was done for sure, but he's put up great numbers two weeks running.
You definitely should have known to play Blount in a game between the Patriots and Jags. And I'm not so sure Tannehill is stable enough to depend on on a weekly basis. Eifert not getting that TD that was overturned didn't help, but he'll bounce back. AB scoring only 10.80 is a slow night for him. That's how ridiculously good he is, as 10 points is usually good enough for most starts. Kendall Wright is hit or miss, eh but you don't really have much room for him unless Ellington comes back and makes David Johnson irrelevant again. Plus you've got Yeldon who the Jags have said they plan on turning into an all down back. Its gonna be tough choosing which players to lineup moving forward.

Well right now you two are left with Randall Cobb vs Emmanuel Sanders. It'll be a close one.

Big Ben is going to be out for 4 weeks with a knee injury.
He'll be fine. He can just pick up Bens backup, Michael Vick.
But with that number one waiver claim, I'm betting he goes for Dalton.

Went to bed on 41 points to 80 and now there's only a 7 point gap with Cobb to play. Exciting!

Before this year, I'd never heard of Blount. When doing the research in who to pick there were 3 or 4 RBS above him in the rankings but after reading up on each team and each player I decided on him.
Since then, there has been 3 games before this one. A pre season game in which he did nothing.
Suspended week 1.
Week 2 did absolutely nothing again.
So week 3 arrives, I have Johnson and Woodhead who both served me well week 2 And Blount who has been a non entity so far.
There's no way I'm starting him until he shows some potential. After this week I can pay attention to reports a little more.
Patriots won't use him week in and week out so I've got to be smart about picking him.

The life of an adult/parent and fantasy football. They announce Murray is out and I'm at Party City looking for a smaller cookie cutter and a Minnie Mouse balloon.
I'm with ya. Was camping/crabbing with the family over the weekend and missed out on the fact that Ivory was out so couldn't swap out my bench player which would have netted me 17 more points and the win. The good news was we limited out on crab after about 3 hours. Never seen crabbing that good ever. We actually had to throw 4 keepers back.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Looking to trade Kendall Williams for a RB potentially.
Looked at Karlos Williams and Andre Ellington.
Thoughts?

What are you willing to give up for Williams? I thought my WR core was going to kick ass but none of my first four WR draft picks are in the top 12 and a waiver wire pickup is my leading receiver. I'm very hesitant to give up Williams as my RBs, though my top three have been performing well, only Williams has not missed any time due to injury and another of my RBs is oft injured.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Who's Kendall Williams, Tatts?
Jk, I figure you mean Kendall Wright.
I must decline on Ellington. He's high injury prone, but if he can get to 100% and stay healthy, I like him a lot. Plus I knew he was so injury prone already when I drafted him, so I'm gonna continue the gamble on him. At the end of last season, he was a beast, and the Cardinals are a high octane offense.
But don't count out David Johnson just yet. He could end up with the starters job if Ellington can't stay healthy, and he overtakes Chris Johnson.
Hell, I need another good RB myself.
Putting Luck up for trade after this week, because Brady is on his bye and I need him this week.
Luck put up 19.5 pts last week, and against the Jags I think he should put up good numbers in consecutive weeks.
Last season Brady had that horrible start for the first few games and everyone was writing him off, then he turned around and finished superbly.
I'm hoping Luck has another good game and becomes relevant enough for me to get a decent trade for him.

Exactly. For example, last week against the Jaguars. The Patriots were set to kill the Jags, and once they get a huge lead, they like to run out the clock. And when you're a team running the ball to run out the clock, you use the BIG RB.
Blount is the Patriots BIG power RB. Lewis is smaller, but more agile.
This was even written in Blounts box. You do click on your players boxes and read what the latest news about them is right?
Before the Pats/Jags game.
"Fri, Sep 25
According to ESPN Boston, "word is" LeGarrette Blount will play a bigger role in Week 3 against the Jaguars.
Advice: Blount was limited to seven snaps in Week 2 after missing the NFL opener due to a suspension. A bigger role might not mean much for Week 3 considering how little Blount played in last week's win over the Bills, but it would make some sense for the Patriots to try to get their power-running game rolling against the Jaguars. They could have a big lead in the second half, and Blount is a better fit for "closer" work than pint-sized scatback Dion Lewis."
They pretty much told you exactly thay they were gonna use him once they built up the lead, which was a given considering how good the Pats are and how bad the Jags are.
So you can say what you want about wondering when and when not to play Blount, but last week, week3, it was a given.
But who cares. You're 3-0 and at the top of the league. You didn't need those points, I'm just proving a point which is that it was obvious that Blount was in for some heavy use week 3.

Ok, HD.
It's just You, Me, and Obdi sitting down at the bottom with no wins. It's also no coincidence that the 3 of us are the only 3 with Points Against in the 300s. Well Stalker is too, but he's 1 and 2.
Obdi leads the Points Against category with 384, me second with 364, and HD and Stalker both with Points Against at 323.
Obdi and I have almost 100 points more in our Points Against category than the players ranked 1 thru 8. The average Points Against category for the top 3 players is 261. That's 100+ less than Obdi and I(384,364).
Week 1 I played 12 and that was his best week so far. Week 2 I played Tatts, also his best week so far. Week 3, I played Tapper and yes, that was his best week so far.
I'm playing Obdi, therefore one of us will climb out of that desolate place, but if I lose because Obdi has his stellar top week so far, I'm gonna hate my horrible luck this season.
I need my luck to turn around.
HD, you're playing Tapper. He had such an amazing week last week that he should be due for a down week. You can take him. Unless Obdi beats me, then I hope you lose, because that would leave me at the bottom, winless, all alone.
