I must say, I am sorely tempted to renege on our alliance. Partly because I feel I stand a very good chance of outlasting you, no matter what you have, and partly because...well, I just want to.

The biggest thing stopping me, though, is that I'm also reasonably sure it would take me multiple nights to wipe you out completely, and I'm fairly sure many would like to start a new game, as thoroughly enjoyable as this one has been.

Fanderay and Kessobahn walk side-by-side down the streeet and enter Ansoroji Pavilion, all the while cautiously eyeing each other. None can be absolutely sure the other will not turn on them without the slightest notice. Three other figures are trailing behind them, and barely-perceptible swirls of dust indicate a hidden presence walking alongside them as well.

At the center of the pavillion, Galayn Lord waits. He is dressed in strange ceremonial robes, and at his feet is a very large bag. As they approach him, Liosan begins to drift off to another part of the park where Tiamatha is selling poutine-flavoured sushi from a truck, but Tellan grabs hold of Liosan's collar and drags him back. The whole group steps onto the raised circle at the pavillion's center.

"You two wish to conclude the War on peaceful terms, sharing the victory?"

"Hai!" replies Kessobahn.

"Indeed," replies Fanderay.

"So be it. Two Servants remain." Both Masters look surprised at this statement. Kessobahn especially eyes Fanderay warily at this news. Galayn Lord continues: "The deaths of at least eleven Servants are required to power the Holy Grail. Builder, would you please do the honours?"

Galayn Lord reaches down to unzip the bag at his feet. Inside is a caucasian man dressed like a priest with long unkempt hair and beard. The man is bound and the inside of the bag is covered in magic wards. Dust swirls and Serc suddenly appears standing over the bag. He nods once, lifts a hand, and a beam of light blasts forth from a nearby tower, neatly passing right between Demelain and Tellan and incinerating the man within the bag.

"Excellent," says Galayn Lord. "Now then, as the official Overseer of this Grail War, I now pronounce the War to be concluded. I pronounce Kessobahn and Fanderay to be the joint winning Masters, while Serc is the winning Servant." He waves a hand, which briefly glows with an azure light. Demelain, Liosan and Tellan crumple to the ground, once again just corpses. In the corner of the park, Tiamatha slumps forward and a shadowed form oozes out of her. Across the city, several small towers mounted upon larger buildings or in parks suddenly crumble.

Fanderay and Kessobahn stare around at all these happenings, and when they turn back Galayn Lord holds a shining silver challice.

"Serc, you are first. Come forth, hold the Grail, make your wish. After that, you shall return to your realm."

Serc steps forth, takes hold of the Grail, whispers a few words, smiles, and disappears.

"Good, now you two. Come, each of you take hold, and speak your wishes together..."

Sorry it ended up being such a slog, folks! Didn't turn out how I thought it was going to, though I did really like some aspects of it. Was fun to let my creativity go nuts with parts of it, too.

My personal best/favourite moments: Probably getting my Servant Serc the heck out of dodge using a teleportation sigil as soon as I saw mad Korlat in Madogiri, I knew something bad was about to go down. And lo, everyone there died a few minutes later.

And waiting to do my Noble Phantasm until no lynch could be achieved. I had previously wondered how I was going to make those resurrected alts useful when they would just get lynched straight away, and that seemed to be the only solution.


Ah! And I musn't forget pushing for Silchas' everyone-hop-on lynch! And then taking control of Blend's Demelain too. Sweet

It was really beneficial for you that two of the Elite Mages died so early and that Tatts pretty much kept to his home base all the time. They had a lot more potential to tamper with your sigils.

Then again, other than a couple teleportations and flares, the only thing you did with the sigils was unsucessfully vig Karosis, who then sent that vig right back at you


Also, I am shocked that no one seemed to have figured out Leonidas and his 300 spartans after five new alts appeared and then one CF'd as 'sixty spartiates'.
