well, where to start.

the trailers really didn't give much away.

The X Force getting wiped out was hilarious, once shatterstar bit the bullet we knew they were all toast bar Domino but still really well set up.
I'm not even sure if I'll bother going any further actually, I just loved this film, even more than I loved the first one, all the jokes landed and its so self referencial, but in a good way, its just ridiculous. All the little things, like when wade digs up the cocaine in Als appartment and there's a box beside it labelled cure for blindness.
The 4th wall breaks were all superb, the X-men hiding in the conference room was brilliant.
From the opening with the Logan spiked out musical box it had me, the bond style opening credits were a great way to tie in the same idea of funny labels for the cast and crew ala pool 1


oh, and I assume if you've read this, you've seen it.
did you sit right to the end of the credits waiting for a final post credit scene? Well done. webistes might tell you theres only 2, and sure theres nothing else after the proper credits start rolling, but its worth sitting on to hear the Deadpool Rap remix and the Juggernaut song

I caught the Brad Pitt cameo (vanisher) and he died on a Cable, when he was in the running for Cable, I'm assuming this is all kinds of meta gags by the production team and Pitt.
Did NOT realise one of the Hillbillies at the start was Matt Damon

also, best post credit scene ever, pool shooting reynolds in the head as he reads the green lantern script

you missed the deadpool rap and juggernaut song. I'm sure you can get them on youtube, but juggernaut probably wont be that funny if you aren't sitting in the cinema waiting for something then it just blares out

Was the Juggernaut song not in the actual movie in the theatrical version? Coz I just watched the German DVD release- which as far as I can tell isn't the super-duper cut or whatever- and it was the soundtrack to one of his fights.


Anyway, I liked the second one more than the first, I found, even though it was just a remake of Looper. More of the humour landed and the new characters were great, and the action was better.

I mean, yes, but you don't get the full song during the fight. The credits end with the full choir belting out "HO-LY SHIT-BALLS" over and over a capella, and it is glorious.
