So we have Ven's theory also. I would explore that maybe as town, not sure this game. What do you guys think would be a good route to pick?

My favorites from the lynch train would be Akend and Mockra. But can fully understand that I'm right there with Alkend as the hammer.

Yeah, I wasn't aiming any of those comments at you, or really at any individual in particular.

It is interesting to note that the two main suspects today are both amongst the most vocal. Often, being vocal does mean you're more likely to get some heat; we seem to pressure people based on things they have done more than things they haven't. However, in this case the heat on Tennes for example came pretty early, before most of the posts, so I think it does suggest that putting pressure on people does make them post more...

I am voting for Tulas Shorn. This whole Lynch seemed far too logical and then I get jumped. Now at first you may think it is cause he targeted me off the gate, or Omtose did? This seems suspicious from my point of view. If I was Scum, I would sell myself as the person to be trusted which was done well. Then he is not going to be your immediate target, which makes even less sense by the information, or lack of that I gave on day one. This should make complete sense for my case.

Vote Tulas Shorn

May change based off secondary line of thought if Tulas can provide it.

So after Tulas makes a case on you, you don't answer it but instead attack Tulas.

Now I can see what you are saying so I have a question for you.

If Tennes was looking like a likely lynch candidate, then why would Tulas need to get a fellow scum lynched? It doesn't make sense. You say to look more townie? With potential finders in the game that could be easily spoiled. That'd be 2 scum down and one to go. So talk me through your logic.

Also answer Tulas' case because it's quite damning, and my vote will be going on you at the moment.

Actually from my perspective he attacked me as I am town.

So basically Tulas argument, that is damning, is on a late day lynch with what one remaining scum voted on the other guy? That make's some sense.

Ok! Gotcha.

Are you saying that your argument is that you're town because you DIDN'T vote Korbas? Sure, it's often found that scum will jump on another scum's train if it looks like they will be lynched, and that possibility is being considered as well (see Venesara on Tholen, for example. I'll also be looking at anyone past Ultama-ish on the train, aside from myself obviously. That is, if you are lynched and it turns out you are indeed town).

But I would like you to answer this:

Why vote for Tennes when previously you described it as complete nonsense?

I felt as not adding to a big train was a non-vote. See if people switch side's, what people say, you know logic!

I'm seeing a couple of people make an assumption here that there are 3 scum. There are 14 players, so that would be 3:11. Might I remind you that there was a 4th member of that gauntlet run?

Well...there is this from PS:

Days will be 36 hours. Night Phase will take as long as it takes me to resolve. Please be sure to have your Night Action provisionals in during the Day phase.

This is a town vs. scum game. Scum are Kalam Mekhar, Adjunct Tavore and T'amber. Town are the Claw - this should be taken seriously. The Claw are not to be trifled with.

Well, what people say is that it was an odd thing to do, and odd reasoning not to vote for Korbas. I'm not saying you HAD to vote for Korbas, but your reasoning against doing so had nothing to do with why others were voting for him.

lol, so as town you might explore that option, but you're not sure this game because...you're not town this game? :D

I was about to comment along those lines :D

Few alternatives for setup - I had imagined Kalam & T'amber as symps with Tavore the killer purely because in the books they're keeping her alive by throwing themselves under the bus. However with no Guard claiming success that pretty much eliminates Tavore as the killer. (Unless we have a healer)

As someone previously said, Kalam & T'amber as killers with alternating kills (Bubba having been lynched so voided his orders) but T'amber now upgraded to full killer. Tavore may as also suggested be PM-hub but that does depend a lot on the player being around to pass messages - the wrong person gets it and that is scum screwed over through no comms. I'd be interested to hear other alternatives from more experienced players.

I agree as a experienced player this makes sense. I'm also a genius, Omtose said so!

How do we know it wasn't you?

One scum on, one scum off is a pretty standard hypothesis.

You stand out to me as the possible second one because of your late vote on Tennes. It was fairly obvious to me that he wasn't the choice of the day so that vote looks to me like a "look, I'm a participating townie".

This theory of yours hang's yourself too. You and Alkend waited to the last moment to be a "participating townie".

It think this thoery is absurd, by Tulas and weak.

8 votes to lynch, 7 for night.

7 votes Korbas: Tennes, Tulas Shorn, Venesara, Ultama, Omtose, Rikkter, Tiamatha
4 votes Tennes: Ampelas, Tholen, Pallid, Korbas

Scum would have voted in this scenario at the end of the day:

A- Korbas
B- Tennes

Your call.

Edit: Fixed Random Smiley

Usually, one scum at least would already be on the train, once it became obvious Korbas was likely to be lynched. That doesn't mean the other remaining scum would necessarily join them, although of course it could be so. Only one way to find out I suppose :D
