How does it have higher initiative than Tatts? Doesn't Tatts have 5 initiative? But regardless it only regenerates after a cannon engagement anyway not missiles.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I've got to go out for awhile.
Need post combat instructions by Tapper and CF/Tatts.
Khell has a diplo request pending.
Then upkeep for everyone except Twelve.
Whoever influences the GC gets a discovery (not yet rolled)

Accept diplo with the thieving plants. They'd better be giving that hex back straight away or I'll be joining twelve in the slash and burn.
Put a money cube on that diplo. Bloody plants, even if you give it back I still have to expend two discs reinfluencing the bugger.

I think I have to bankrupt 312 and 310 and colonise GC with 2 money on grey planets.
