VPS they are a guaranteed 2 points at end of game over something that costs 2 science

Added the text file links, and d'reks instructions on what to do to 2nd post. I think Gnaw has another version of the svg file compared to that in the drive so I'll wait on updating that. Now what is my third tier 2 hex.

Khell the Hardy was just settling down to read in his rocking chair, absently petting its pet roccat when suddenly a wispy apparition floated out of his closet.

"OOOOoooooooooooOooooooOooooooo" it said.

"You think rocks are afraid of ghosts?" Khell rolled its eyes.

"Good point" said the ghost.

The rock person said nothing.

"I like rock gardens. Don't have to fight them like weeds. Besties eff tee double you?"

Khell still said nothing.

"Great! Now I've gotta go look out for kids gettin' on my lawn with their fancy jumping and their driving and their whippersnappers..." and the ghost disappeared.

Hmm not sure I actually would have claimed that, but I have now so oh well hello sweet sweet cash!, orient so that my wormholes point NW and SE.
