I think we can discount not posting on the weekend

I was around very briefly yesterday but there were only a few posts and I had nothing to contribute. However, the Tellan/Omtose musings have struck a chord. Namely, I don't particularly know what it is I'm trying to achieve in the overall picture. I'm just kinda...waiting around to see what happens. And I'm not even sure what it is that I'm supposed to hope happens. At least that's what it feels like.

You know what I think is making this so slow? Forced 48-hour days. Obdi, if there isn't a mechanics based reason for them can we do away with it please.

@Tulas: Yeah is isn't great to just stop playing when the queens target you like that, but those requirements added so much time onto every post and I was already busy at work. It just wasn't worth all that extra effort.

Having to google some unknown singers songs to find lyrics, then format them into Yoda speak then go through my whole post like that? Nah.

To recap;

We have humans, independants, winter, summer. That is four factions in this game, since it is a cult game I would be stunned if the team sizes were equal starting off, so winter/summer should have started with the fewest members. So if Mab is claiming winter has 1/3rd of the population then that means that most of the humans/independants have thrown in with them already, which is somewhat distressing that the game may be over sooner than we thought. Winter lost someone last night but maybe that just put them less in the lead, rather than put things back on an equal footing.

What do we do to stop a landslide of humans/changelings throwing in with winter?

The bolded - where is this? I cannot find the assertion.

Yeah, I'll give those who posted up until the weekend break a pass for now, but Ultama is 5 game days of no posting, so I'd say he should be mod-killed unless he shows up all of a sudden.

Interesting. It may be that loads declared for Winter after Alkend's modkill, or it may be that Korbas is just bullshitting to try and get others to join the 'winning' team, or it may be that Korbas simply thinks in terms of Korbas/Pallid/others as three distinct groups divided equally.

The second that stood out was somebody inviting X and Y to join. Now if they've been tossing out invites two at a time, a cult could be getting out of hand.

Because those two invites at a time are disturbing especially if I assume that said invite is the same as I received night 1. That doubled as a species find.
