Im not so sure that is what PS meant by turning the AC up. I take it to mean that the room was cold. Having to do with him being winter aligned. Otherwise I would have expected the phrasing to have been "Someone turned the heat up". I further this argument with the fact that I doubt he was killed by summer with bullets. Im guess the killer was of the shadowy agency. But other than a confirmed fact that the agency has a killer this tells us little.

What I find interesting is that you thought the scene said that the room was hot. I read that scene the same as Tulas. A wounded winter sidhe goes into a room and the temperature drops. Therefore the humans attempting to operate on him think that the air conditioning was turned on.

On my window ac unit. When I want the room to be colder I turn the AC up. When I want to use less power (I am going to work) I turn the ac down. At my office with our thermostat when I want the temp to be colder I turn it down and when I want it warmer I turn the temp up.


When I read turn the ac up I assume off of my life experiences to be a window unit. Because if there is a thermostat someone would say turn the thermostat down. Now you may have different life experiences and different ways of stating things. But based off of my life experiences and the sentence construct "all the while complaining that someone must have turned the air conditioning up", I see that as the room becoming cold and the ER personal complaining that the room has become very cold. Which would fit to a wounded Winter aspected sidhe coming into a room.

Now you may have different life experiences and I am not discounting yours but I feel very confident about my interpretation of the scene. I also do not see anything in there to indicate summer at all. We know that there have been attacks for the last 3 nights. It looks like a killer who uses bullets has finally found someone that they were able to kill.

AC makes air colder. Turnig up the AC = making the thing that makes air cold work more = make the air more cold.
I don't see how that indicates Summer. If the Dr's were complaining that it got hot and ASKED for the AC to be turned up, that woud make sense (as the presence of Summer made the air hot, their homeostasis was out of its natural equilibrium and they requested more power to the thing that makes air colder, to restore their temperature homeostasis.
However, the scene indicates their discomfort at the possibility of the Ac being trned up. Suggesting the air got colder, uncomfortably so. Which would indicate Winter. Makes sense as they had a dead Winter Sidhe in the room.

And it's one thing to give a death scene flavour before saying who it was that died via a CF. It's a totally different thing to hint as to who killed the stiff. And mods usually don't do that. Hence me considering you to be wasting your tie overthinking crap
