That's what I think.

When I did a find on you Serc, there was a roll made to determine the likelihood of me being a finder at that moment. Then there was a roll to determine the likelihood of you being town/scum.

That's why I say that the find result says more about me than you. AT THAT MOMENT, I had a 10/12 chance of being town as did you. But I also had just a 1/10 chance of being a finder.

That's why I asked if anyone received no response on their find.

No, I think the main question is do we coordinate finds, and possibly kills too, in order to see how the percentages are affected, and from that start to work out who is which number in the table?


On the question of lynching, I propose that today we do not lynch. Currently, EVERYONE is far more likely to be town. Even player 11, should we happen to lynch them, is town in 77 out of 100 realities, so the odds are that the dice will see them come up town too.

If my rolls came up Town and RI, then my result of Serc being town is worthless and wifomy. PS just gave me a random result that is meaningless because I turned up RI for that moment.

Now, if anyone received no response for their find, then PS is not doing a result roll for those who come up RI.

Number of possible realities: 773


Players 4,5, 7,8,9 all lost some percentage of life. That doesn't tell us anything about them as a group. It shows that, of 12 players, X had kills go through. The difference in their alive/dead ratios has me confused though.




I *think* the differences depend on two factors: How many people targetted them for a kill - so presumably player 5 was targetted more than anyone; and also how likely that one of the people targetting you is of being Killer A.

However, seeing as on night 0 we all had the same percentage chance, I don't *think* the latter came into play.


Lots of *thinks* in there. I could be totally off about all that.



Forgot, differences might somehow depend on dice rolls too.

Look at players 1 and 3. Their town/scum ration didn't change. That suggests to me that they both came up Town/RI for the finder and "Not Scum A" for the kill.

If what you guys are saying is true, it makes the thread worthless apart from those % updates PS is doing at the moment. Because no one knows what they are and can't play as such, and we can't look back and find scummy behavior or mistakes because nobody knew anything.

Which makes me think you guys are wrong.

It wouldn't be worthless in terms of your second point. Once players start getting closer to the 50% mark, I bet we'll see changes in play style, and that'll be something to look for in comparison to earlier play. In fact, I bet even now those two on 20+% are wondering if they should play more carefully.

Isn't it still randomized, so the finder still has to be established, if they find the scum as town they would lose the reality of being the finder. The person who has the most consistent finds throughout ends up as finder, or did I miss the point of the dice roles?

Yes, this is what I think judging from the OP. Everyone and no one has the role, but some are now (slightly) more/less likely to have it than others.

It wouldn't be worthless in terms of your second point. Yes, between these two suggestions this is probably the best way to go about it and then we can denote change in behavior.

I'm alive in most of the realities, I am town in most of the realities and I'm confused in all of the realities. Can we phase shift into the other realities to ask our alternate selves some personal information? Sorry but I needed to post so I wouldn't get mod killed but need to focus my energies at work for the day. Will try and get caught up tonight.

The program I use for processing this game randomized the numbers of each player again without me noticing. Since I doubt I can keep that straight throughout the game, you will all get a new number. Sorry that I didn't notice earlier.
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Does that mean the list you posted before with the changes in % are true for the new number and not the old one?
