Well, it seems it is decided (very quickly I see). I still have been building some data on Gnaw, but I will be circumspect in going ape shit with the quoting.

Gnaw day 1 was all over the map with votes, his first post being a vote for Khell (which I will note Obdi followed with a subsequent vote for Khell immediately after, signal?).

Gnaw then proceed to jump onto me with a vote (which HO questioned, only to be told that it was a vote for me not claiming my own dangerousness in relation to Khell).

Finally, Gnaw lands on the Day 1 lynch, Inane Babble. All the while, Gnaw is joshing about with great abandon.

Day 2: funny enough, Gnaw jumps right back onto Khell, with the same reasoning. Funny enough, when no one piles back on, Gnaw yet again drops the vote. Also interesting, Obdi takes a couple of token pokes at Khell around the same time.

And then Gnaw does a gestalt (see next post)

Random thoughts that are not attacks, cases, or whatever:

HO's loquaciousness is less surprising to me because I co-modded a game a year or so back and got to read his thoughts to SH. Since he doesn't have an alt to hide behind he can be as talky as he wants.

At the moment I find GH and Shin a bit off. Gut mostly.

Khell seems to be putting off just the right amount of "why me" to be inno.

ADL is cautious and thoughtful.

Mess is dangerous and I don't particularly like the "I'll be gone for 24 hours so don't do anything in the meantime." Killers hiding behind business trips are damn near cliche level.

I can never get a read on Obdi and haven't played enough with Bubba to get one there either.

Gestalt ^. It's like a page from good ole Bliss (God rest her absent but living persona). Scum love lists. Tongue in cheek, yes I realize, but like with all hit cliche's there is a bit of truth buried in there. It should be noted that Gnaw released this gestalt just after I dropped a case on Shin. Serious Biz-nus time.

I would counter with the facts that Shinrei is notoriously missing for large stretches of time during any game he plays, so voting him for this reason just shows Gust has no fucking idea what he is talking about.

I would be perfectly happy with a Gust Hubb or Messremb lynch today.

And here is the mistake. Obdi clearly cares not if I am the killer. He wants me dead, even if the most suspicion he has is me being symp. Gnaw kicks it up a notch (but with little case work to back it), and uses the more standard, Gust must be a killer.

There is a little progress in moving forward my lynch, but of course without any casework people drop back a bit and start to look at other options, like Shin. I would not that Gnaw was the hammer on Shin...

Now, I don't know if you read the gestalt, but it was interesting how Gnaw says nothing about Obdi or Bubba, claiming an inability to read them. Guess who dies on Night 2?

Gust, the one that the two claimed finders on thread have each claimed to find with contradictory results meaning that therefore in this game setup is it about as sure a result as can be? Run that by me again would you please? Symp yes, killer no.

We have mentioned the possibility of one of the reveals to be fake. If one of them were faked I think it would have been Mess. As there is bigger opportunity to build on current reveals. If Mess took the chance and is pretending to be a finder then it looks like he is covering for GH as he has consistently said how GH is NOT the killed because of his own and Obdis find. Meaning that GH is killer and Mess symp. Would be a good play if somewhat gutsy as there might be the two other finders alive. Although it doesnt matter if one of these are fake reveals because the third finder has not shown himself and even if there are two more alive and hiding there is no way for them ( and us) to figure it out unless all finders reveal themselves. Two finders can be sitting unrevealed and thinking they are the only finder left. Also Mess keeps calling GH a symp and if I recall earlier in the thread GH has already been accused of being a symp. That, along with the idea earlier on that we should not worry about the symp since he is no danger could be a good strategy to keep GH alive.

You claim to have done an intensive study of how people play using SH after games are done, but you claim that lynching someone who is acting like a symp and generally just throwing mass confusion on the thread is a new track (because apparently you don't know this phrase)?

Day 3. Obdi responds to my post linking him and Gnaw with a snarky remark and a couple of posts later, a finder reveal. Awfully convenient timing.

Couple that with Obdi's seeming misunderstanding on how many scum are in the game and Gnaw playing up the "I just don't understand" and you have delay tactics.

The only two people Obdi and Gnaw have pushed hard against are me and Khell. Either or as lynch targets for them. Easy pickin'. And then we see the rest (Taps and Bubba) slowly knocked off 1 by one. It's obvious why I and Khell are alive (given our eloquence and the massive amount of heat we've been taking). Why is Obdi still alive?
