I don't think it really makes sense to have a lot of possible recruits who are unlynchable. It would make the cult unbeatable.

I'd be fine with trying Tiam again, too. It could very well be that his LP is an ability-triggered thing or had limited uses. It's possible he got complacent or the goons or furniture thingy caused him to not have the LP today. Worth checking out IMO, since we have the time.
