You can always rely on twelve to take Steven Jackson.

I was actually hoping for Ray Rice to still be around but I couldn't resist taking Jackson even though I seriously considered pulling the trigger on another WR. Crossing my fingers he stays healthy. Even with his multiple time on the bench last year he put up enough points to be a viable flex. Now if Atlanta would actually learn to run the ball near the goal line I'm hoping for a steal in this pick.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Damn, KL took ray rice. Was hoping his suspension and wife beating would let him fall. I think he'll bounce back.

I am glad Rice was taken long before I got tempted to pick him. My one resolution this year was to not get Rice. Scumbag had his wife apologise basically for getting knocked down.

Yeah, I'm glad I ended up with Jackson instead even with his injury issues even with my homerism for former Oregon State Players.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

In other news, Venge has a boatload of names in case the draft comes around to me while I am asleep.

Where did Stalker run off to? I saw that he was reading the draft thread.....

Must be checking names off his list to see where things stand I hope.

Meh. I had hoped Richardson would have fallen to me.

I wouldn't touch Richardson with a ten foot pole. I'd rather take injury prone with medium upside than Richardson.

Think people are going to be surprised this year. I know the Colts better than anyone. Without Ballard (done for the year), a shady Bradshaw health picture, and no Donald Brown any longer Richardson is liable to get the bulk of carries in a fairly dynamic offense. Plus, he's year two in with the Colts have Dwayne Allen back, who will allow Pep Hamilton to flex his 2TE sets much better.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

You bet. I'm always checking in briefly but can't actually draft until I get home from work where I have my notes and stuff. I'd leave provisionals but it's hard when 6-7 picks are between the current choice and my position.

Doubled upon NE this time around. Happy about Brady, less so on Vereen but I needed another RB and he seemed to be the best choice left to me.

Ugh I've just realised that with Brandon Marshall I've got the wife beater team :)

We'll see. Hopefully what Richardson and the Colts have been saying is true, that Richardson was uncomfortable and felt out of sync last year (after his mid season trade) and feels much better and has had some actual time to study the playbook and knows what the audibles are. He made it far enough down that even as a mediocre back he was still good value, imo.

That was a gut punch. Welker then Floyd. Thought I'd get one. Fuck. Now I need more time.

Was hoping for Welker myself, but SB is getting me back for my Thomas pick, imo.

Hello sorry for interrupting your draft talk, but was wondering if you have a waiting list or are considering more teams next year?

It seems like a couple of my usual league`s are folding this year, so i will be looking for a new one next year.

BTW i think Stalker is having the best draft so far, hasnt drafted a TE or QB to early and got Brady in the sixth round.
