Can I join? My secondary account is at level 62, my good one is at 84 but i'm busy with another clan with that one.....could join in a few weeks with it tho

Is that a lvl 7 th? If it's at least a 7 or soon to be 7 go ahead and ask to join. I think our current minimum is 800 as I forgot to reset it to 1500 for trophy levels.

yea its level 7, all towers and troops maxed out at that level i think just doing some walls. Which is boring as fcuk.

I use balloons in almost every war attack. and as a lvl 7 I used them a lot before I got dragons. I'm just now starting to use hogs now that I'm nearing level 3 and have enough DE for the lvl 4 upgrade.

Hogs are kicking ass! if you wanna raid with em I think level 4 is the saweetspot. aslong as my hogs are under a heal they can shrug past a big bomb, the only threat they face at this point is the archer queen and any CC troop.

running with a gaggle of wizards and a few archers to be sure.

My Hogs will finally get to lvl 3 tonight and I plan on pushing ahead with lvl 4 as my DE is about 49K at the moment. I assume the upgrade to lvl 4 is less than that.

Make sure you search Malazans and that you turn on the "Search clans I can't join" option under advanced search otherwise you won't find it

Tips on three starring a TH 9?

We've been up against quite a few of them lately. What attack patterns have gotten you 3 stars on well developed TH 9 bases?

maxed troops is a must. Golem at least level 4. Witch level 2. Spells maxed. Variety of troops. I have a link somewhere...

Our clan usually save 12 hogs or balloons for last part of attack once core army has reached central area.

Just got my golem to level 2 today and have my pekkas moving to lvl 3. This last war was the first time in forever I attacked with ground units instead of dragons. Got 2 2*s and would have had a 3* with my hog attack but ran out of time. I clearly need more practice with the ground troops. I'm experimenting with Valks. Doesn't ever seem like people use them very much for either raids or war attacks. They seem like they could wreck havoc in tightly grouped bases with their splash damage but since they run ahead of golems they tend to get wiped out pretty quickly.

Thanks for the link Tatts, leaving the loon and hogs for later in the raid makes sense.

Will need to practice the timing. my first attempt had me dropping the hogs late, well after my core troops were taken out.

That's what I thought.

The only thing that could "tank" for Valks would be a hog vangaurd as they'd rush ahead. Golems get left behind and Valks die out fast. We could try a Valk Pekka combo but I'd think at the cost of those troops you'd do better with some wizards or witches to tag along and fill up the ranks.

I've seen several GoVaWis with decent success when healers are added to the mix...

I need to get my Golems up to Lvl 3 at somepoint but I still have my giants and spells to upgrade, not to mention Hogs.

Well I still have my rage spell upgrade left for my regular elixir upgrades. For my Dark upgrades I'm sitting at level 2 minions and level 1 valks. I'm thinking Valks, rage, minion for my upgrade items. By then I should be moving up to TH 9. Might hold off until the upgrades are done before I do that. Would be nice to have maxed storages when I hit TH 9. Would like to get my spells and an army camp upgraded right out of the gate.

Welp I've got no use for elixer anymore beyond building troops until I hit TH9.

Guess I should do raids with drags and pekkas or something?

Really wish I could give/trade resources to clan members.

Like I'd trade 1mil Elixer for 1mil Gold with a clan member, and we both only get 800k of what we wanted or something?

It would be another resource sink but it would let you focus on what you needed.
