I do regret not pushing further - in part it was because I was partnered with D'rek and her senses told her Tiam was scum, and I was inclined to side with her experience and skill in the game (turns out we were both right, d'oh). But also because there was nothing wholly incriminating, more of a general style of play rather than any particular post. Moreover, there were several people who were receiving far more attention at the time - I didn't feel like I could wholly throw my weight behind yet another name with so many existing suspects (Tiam, Shadow, Denul for the others) still around.

If you go to the post where I do a breakdown of Eloth's style this game, you'll see I highlighted that, for all their posts, they actually have minimal DIRECT interaction with any other player. Eloth kept themselves aloof all game, making side comments to things others were saying, but only rarely addressing anything directly.

There were other things too, such as the Ampelas case, which really should have been a big ping on the scumdar, because it was a case which very clearly went nowhere, and Eloth should have much more strongly been accused of making it up solely in order to be seen to be doing something original and useful of their own.

Finally, the way he latched on to my comment about him being in the middle posters was very similar to the way Galayn blew up on Okral's seemingly minor statement about them.

I can only pay so much attention at work. Today was hit or miss and it takes no effort to copy and paste. Plus twin would have had to have been brighter then I gave them credit for to see that I was being set up as a potential lynch for the last two days. A lynch on tiam would have been good. Eloth and Gl were on and off lynches with such coordination that it just jumped out. Nobody else seemed to care so fuckem. People got pissed one game when I didn't bother to point out obvious scum. So this time I did and they wanted to be dicks. I can do that pretty well too.
