Mafia 110: I spy, with my little eye.... back to where I started

Denul has said a couple of things that bother me. Nothing major though. And I just can't see Tapper giving scum a pass on the timer. On the other hand if I was scum I'd be annoyed for the same reason.
Rikkter was solid in my book. Not so much now. Despite and because of that 24 hours.
Lock looks townie.
Okral I don't like. Mostly because the HOIFOY act.
Amp has said a couple of things that echo well with me. But he has been much less vocal lately.
Bek. You're my top suspect. I think. But you were the only one who twigged on my suggestion that there might be a recruiter.
The monkey. Shit. I thought day one hew as being framed. But I still think he's town if only for meta.
Kessobahn and Korabas. No fucking clue. Korbas at least has made cases. Kesso strikes me as wanting more information and tossing in a question now and then.

I completely and utterly disagree with his D1 tactics and play in general, I make no secret of that. Hence my vote on him. If you are sure Henchman is scum and I am too ask yourself would I put a vote down on him, argue that my D1 POV was correct and leave him to be lynched without dropping vote and transferring elsewhere once it looked like it was getting some steam in order to try and derail it?

@Bek - if Rikkter caught all the factions in the previous games in his above post, then no, ours hasn't been in a previous game.
Hmmmn..ok thats .interesting. Ok will wait till okral lom confirms or denies this. Nothing

Denul I would be willing to lynch if only because I will be thoroughly pissed off if he turns out to be scum lucky to avoid modkill.
Rikkter was solid in my book. Not so much now. Despite and because of that 24 hours.
I'm solid and now utterly RI with my ability spent. I expect to potentially be a NK as a confirmed town, or left around as a non-roled lightweight. My ability I thought would be a hindrance initially having to say it on thread. Now I think it an asset - you all see that I did it.
Lock looks townie.
I'm not so sure on Lock, something stood out to me but don't recall what right now
Okral I don't like. Mostly because the HOIFOY act.
Ditto but for other reasons

To me Amp is made or broken on if GL was town or scum.

BO is below Okral for me at the moment.
The monkey. Shit. I thought day one hew as being framed. But I still think he's town if only for meta.
Meta schmeta. I'm seriously on the fence there.
Kessobahn and Korabas. No fucking clue. Korbas at least has made cases. Kesso strikes me as wanting more information and tossing in a question now and then.
Kesso I peg as potentially top suspect. Low laying scum. Korabas similar, not much in the way of waves from either. Yes, it may well end up being a smooth case.
Eloth. I'm actually pretty sure you're town, you've made enough waves for me not to think you're hiding something.

I noticed too but thought better of commenting on it - I had similar thoughts but had discounted them. I may be wrong. It was an okay fish for who could be a recruiter if there is one, they'd at least be keyed up looking for suggestions about it

Honestly my initial read on Denul was that he was mirroring scum. Now it seems he has put his neck on the block to prove he is town and either Okral or myself are town. I really cant make any calls till I hear Okral Lom answer to my question.
Once he does I will know whether my attitude to Denul is fair and know that we just simply read the game differently. If I hear the right answer from Okral Lom I may be voting one way if the wrong answer I will vote another.
If Okral is scum then I figure we have found support scum? if he isn't well Denul has me and Ok setup really nicely.
My biggest fear is both Okral Lom and myself are town. A lynch on all 3 of us plus NKs wins scum the game. Denul is it explicit that one of either Lom or myself is scum? or have you just inferred that logic after your read of the game?
If you guys lynch me it will prove I'm town and then we get an NK, who would you lynch after I'm gone? Okral Lom or Denul? My money says you'd lynch Okral Lom. That gives us the scum in our camp and town can move on to the next factions scum should Denul be legit.

I am personally distressed by Denul's reveal, agreeing with the reasons given earlier, namely that we could waste at maximum 2 days before hitting scum to sort that one out. But we do then have a triad that must be hiding scum, and that is reassuring.

I agree that Rikkter seems very townie now. That ability delays night time, which is probably when scum is at their peak, since most day actions seem to go to townies (like the vig).
Lock looks townie.
I'm not so sure on Lock, something stood out to me but don't recall what right now
I need to read over Lock again. He has received some heat, but his involvement keeps just sliding past my focus.
Okral I don't like. Mostly because the HOIFOY act.
Ditto but for other reasons
And the same reasoning as for Lock as for OL. As that one quick quote of all OL's posts showed, the guy is too forgettable.
Amp has said a couple of things that echo well with me. But he has been much less vocal lately.
To me Amp is made or broken on if GL was town or scum.
Amp confuses me. There has been a crapload of heat on him, but he continues to evade lynch (probably because everyone, including myself, have a hard time believing scum would put themselves out there so much; however, GL was scum, hence the hesitation. Not my top suspect, but I may have to go back and reread the cases on him)
Bek. You're my top suspect. I think. But you were the only one who twigged on my suggestion that there might be a recruiter.
BO is below Okral for me at the moment.
Another power reveal that was grilled hard and fast. I do think of our triad, he is the least likely to be scum due to the confirmation of his ability, a power that definitely seems to benefit town more than scum imho.
The monkey. Shit. I thought day one hew as being framed. But I still think he's town if only for meta.
Meta schmeta. I'm seriously on the fence there.
Not on the fence for me. I still think MO has a high likelihood of being scum. After Venge and The Dude played so damn scummy last game, I don't think that such behavior PI's anyone (not that I thought that before, but I do tend to think of smooth players as more scummy than the messy ones). The problem I have with MO (other than having a boner for him) is how he has consistently avoided lynches, with being on the radar for two days in a row. Maybe people can overlook the things he does (such as threatening to quit the game, which to me rings the same as voting night and voting for one's self), but I fear leaving him until the end of the game.
Kesso is a third OL and Lock for me. Again, not much substance and someone I would need to place down a full case before feeling comfortable designating PI or probably scum.
Myself: still surprised that no case has been built on me. I guess it is because I generally play fairly straightforward and honest, namely smooth, but I really think we do ourselves a disfavor ignoring my types through the majority of the game. I personally think it was lucky to hit GL in the beginning of the game given the track record of lynching annoying/scummy/abrassive characters on Day 1.
Eloth. I'm actually pretty sure you're town, you've made enough waves for me not to think you're hiding something.
Eloth still strikes me as scummy townie, for reasons given in my previous case. Not much has changed since then.
We need more colors of the rainbow in here. I like having all this in one easy to read post.

I personally would lynch OL first, and then go after Denul if he came up town. I figure that Denul gets one chance (with our limited time before DDay) to be proven right, and he will not be allowed 2 lynches before turning on him (at which point it would be too late). If OL and Denul came up inno, I will hold my face in the palm of my hand, and mutter "we fucked up royally" until the bashing of my head into the wall makes all coherent thought go away.

Personally, I'm leaning for Kesso as being my top suspect, mostly like Rikkter said - the smooth thing. Most peopel have been pretty involved on thread, and from what I see people posting, I'm not able to point to anything particularily scummy. So a vote for Kesso is more a vote for absence of anything, really.

Double Objection
Not as yet in evidence and not assumed as facts
Reading it through, should Denul be legit that's just the next way I think we'd look at it. Atleast I would.
One scum per faction was mentioned earlier right? No ones debunked that and I am thoroughly convinced we atleast got GL. Scum hidden per faction would make sense. PS said Hau Fat was a different type of gangster. I'd assume this to be a unique way of going about things.
Okral Lom I just realized could answer his question intentionally to lie to us. Okral is in a corner and Denuls ability though hard to credit gives us scum should it explicitly say so.
I can at the very least assume the best bet for scum may hide amongst us three. I've read up on Denul alot and this looks like a good scum move but if read through the way Korabas has then the tactic backfires a bit, we still lose two town but we get 100% scum in the end. I Need Okral Lom to speak. His perspective is the missing piece and if he holds it back I'm voting on him to place pressure.

We've seen two faction CFs, MO makes claims to US, I am different, another claimed that is not the previously named ones. I agree with playing to WCS but thinking we have 5 scum plus the Triad chap is a ) stupid and b ) wrong.

Objection. Assuming facts not in evidence.
Well Actually:

SpyCRAFT 2.5: Syndicate (3 x Setry, 3 x Bodyguard, 1 x Henchman, 2 x Doppelganger), Spy (Chinese x 2, Japanese x 1)
SpyCFRAT 2.0: US x 3, China x 4, EU x 4, Japan x 3, Russia x 3, Syndicate x 5
SpyCRAFT 1.0: Syndicate x 4, Russia x 4, British x 2, French x 3, US x 4
SpyCFRAT 2.0: US x 3, China x 4, EU x 4, Japan x 3, Russia x 3, Syndicate x 5
SpyCRAFT 1.0: Syndicate x 4, Russia x 4, British x 2, French x 3, US x 4
Disregarding 2.5 atm
SC 2 = US, China, EU, Japan, Russia, syndicate. Total=19 ratio just under 4:1
SC 1 = Syndicate, Russia, Brittain, France, US. total=17 ratio just over 4:1
now looking at SC 2.5 on its own: 9 vs 3 total 12 ratio 1:3
Its safe to say 3, most likely 4 scum would be safe bet.
if so then:

It is the 31st of March, 2016.
New York, the meeting room of the UN Security Council.
Five pens sign at the same time. Smaller countries with non-permanent seats sign one by one, in alphabetical order. The funds for the Covert Response and Forward Team iare solidified. An organisation and a headquarters is established. Personell is found, and while everyone in it spies on each other, SpyCRAFT, as it becomes known, starts of well enough.
It is now the 31st of March, 2019.
Hong Kong. A field team is set to take out Hau Fat, a very persuasive Triad kingpin who controls half of the politicians in the city. The Ming Mastermind, as the tabloids call him. Opium, murder, stock fraud, human trafficking.
Let the games Beijing. Begin, I mean.

here are the known and "claimed" factions:
EU (Tiam, GL), ASIA (Alkend), Alleged US (MO), Faction A (Myself, potentially Denul and OL), Other Faction B (Lock potentially one other),
Hong Kong Triad (Hau Fat???)
Floating: Eloth, Ampelas, Kesso, Korabas, Rikkter
Scum cannot be in ALL the claimed factions, that isn't at all what I am saying, that breaks the ratio seen in other games. I expect 4 to be a reasonable number of scum but of those four perhaps and again based off Denuls reveal only three of the scum are units planted in other factions with Hau Fat as a seperate and unique character.
Looking above there is no reason to believe factions are even, Just that its likely theres a chance they may exist as Denuls reveal may suggest.

Do you mean me instead of Lock in Faction B given that I'm told I'm not in faction A?
Apologies, I read it that you were saying one scum per faction.
Which, in fact, you were

Ah yes you are right there, I had not thought through the number of potential factions here. The idea was new to me after reading the OP and whilst I typed it out in my notes the allocations flashed when I saw your comment.
Lock allegedly sits in a Faction B as above he says he knows his in a seperate faction and knows he has atleast one partner, he has not divulged that info to clear up the Faction A grouping so I assume for now its seperate. Rikkter you have only recently come to my attention in this regard. I have a feeling you may be in one of the unnamed factions probably along with Lock.
No one has claimed asia but I see no reason why we cant expect two more players in that grouping. aswell.
My allocations are not at all correct. just a possibility of how things might stand in my head.

Don't forget this is Mafia, it could be a scum pair claiming to be same faction as you because you're more likely to get lynched so we'd see your faction and believe they were too, potentially clearing the Triad

Its a Mexican stand off! I got to give Tapper credit, This game seems tailor made for that type of scenario.
