The only thing I can think of to keep that from happening is a speed lynch right fucking now. And yeah, that's a scummy idea. But we are certainly looking at day 3 with scum at lvl 4 if we do nothing.

Well they'd be at level 3 now anyway, I would have assumed that to be a mid-point in scum powers - say they get a power at 1, 3, 5 then they have the power from 1 (either not used or not an obvious effect yesterday) plus the l3 one today

I'd appreciate a definite answer from PS about it however based on yesterday we can suppose that PS will count all posts in thread when resolution happens - the last day/night cycle shows us that PS started Day taking into account those after the lynch and even taking into account their own post
