Learn it. Love it. Use it.

That's how I've been raiding.

Yea, I'll save my hunter for this weekend for VOG with you guys. 26 might be a bit low for completing VOG, but we can certainly get in there and get through the beginning.

I all four of us are now 27...depends what level the last person is, but it seems like a good base to me. XD

I, for one, am looking forward to finally getting in there.

What time is good for you guys? Saturday day? Evening? I think we're pretty flexible over here.

Finally pulled a hard group together that got past the confluxes. Still didn't get my gauntlets. 29.7 FOREVAH!

Didn't finish, confluxes took 2.5 hours so we called it there because everyone was pretty bored.

That said, the confluxes are easily the hardest part of the hard raid. (This would have been my 3rd time finishing hard).

Oh well, I've got an 'easy' gatekeeper save. If they don't patch Aetheon today it'll be easy to find a group.

^ I meant whatever is best for Stalker.

It's a pretty easy raid, we can cheese or do it for reals, whichever. If we cheese and people have some experience/aren't mouthbreathers it shouldn't take more than 2 hours.

Yeah I was thinking you'd used the wrong name.

I don't mind too much but I think this will be the first run through for most of us. We might as well take a proper stab at it, unless anyone else has a real preference.

You can get the 5th chest by making sure the Templar never teleports. It's easiest to do this by cheesing him off the level, but I don't really care either way.

When's the patch for that dropping? They're planning on stopping people from picking who gets thrown in the portals too, right? Changing it so that it's random, not just the players furthest away from Atheon?

I had assumed the patch would drop on Tuesday. It hasn't hit yet.

No, they aren't fixing being able to cheese the Templar off the level, just Aetheon. Maybe the patch is held up because they are trying to fix Templar too, I don't know.

And yes, they have decided that being able to choose who goes through the portal is bad gameplay, so instead of the 3 furthest away from Aetheon it will be a random selection of alive players.

That said, you could still do it if you bring 3 Sunbros who don't want to go through, but w/e.

This week's nightfall is super cheese-able and if you have arc weapons easily soloable.

If you guys are on tonight I can run you through it.

Ehehe, my friend and I were pushing through the weekly heroic today but couldn't finish before work time. I haven't even looked at the Nightfall yet.

But I'm definitely keen to give it a run today. Thanks Obdi.

The Nightfall is easier than the heroic because of the ARC BURN, assuming you have ARC Weapons. Just have to watch out for those dastardly wizards, who also have Arc weapons.

XUR has suros regime which is the best Assault Rifle in the game (unless you get the one from the hardmode raid) and I would recommend you all buy it.

Ooh, that's bold of them. I know they've said they need to nerf it more, but putting it on the market is going to be even more annoying for anyone who doesn't have it. :S

23 strange coins is a lot though. I clearly don't play enough during the week. XD

Get 3 toons and you can make 27 strange coins a week just by finishing the weekly, which doesn't include any coins you get from chests or engrams.

That said, I need 2 motes of light to take a gamble on the exotic arms XUR has, since I really hate being stuck on 29.7 on my Titan.

Ah, of course! I only use the one character so for me it's more like 9 coins a week. Guess I'll have to fix that...

Gods, I haven't played in like 2 weeks now. I'm still like 21 I think. What with having had a cold, and multiple family obligations I just haven't been able to.

BK, I'll play with ya when I get a free moment, but I gotta sign up for PLUS acct. (I don't have one yet, which is why I could only play a strike with you on the free weekend)

Oh okay, I'll see if I can find a card. Good idea. Thanks!
