That's what I was thinking. He'd have to lose a hex somewhere. Even then I don't know what his upkeep would be like. If only you had a few moves, you could have moved your interceptor to the GC ha ha

When did I become a member of high house mafia? I don't really play mafia much anymore and when I do I get lynched pretty much right away anyway.

Can someone explain how the WH generator works, then? I thought it was just you could travel to any fully created wormhole with it (meaning you could get pretty much anywhere).

You can travel through half wormholes, so you don't need a full connection.

Edit; which is the reason we placed starbases in that second hex.

Right. You can explore, influence and move your ships through half-wormholes (in either orientation) as if they were full wormholes.

But you can't establish diplomatic relations through a half-wormhole. Not even if both players have WHGs. (I guess the thematic explanation would be that while your military and government ships might have wormhole generators installed the average merchant and ambassador ship doesn't.)
