Morgoth built two starbases in the hex with two cruisers, and one interceptor in the hex with one interceptor, so you need to move the ships round and take off some more material as well.

making my ships hilariously lopsided in their layout. An engine on the front pulls the rest of the ship behind it, and the laser batteries are mounted in the middle of one side for some reason.
