upgrade dread, cruiser and interceptor - positron in both blank spots. colonize three advanced economy planets in supernova's and homeworld.
MOD EDIT: this was changed retroactively to no UPG on the crusier and 2 electron computers on the dreadnaught (over blank and hull) since we later realized the dread upgrade was illegal due to power requirements.
