When did Grievance go and accept diplomatic relations with Tatts? I don't remember them doing that. Discarding two points for one and now passing up on another point because they couldn't take a three tile. As for the battle of 304; losing a Dread was about a coinflip but even still it will make the next round or two quite a bit more challenging.

Do not influence 304 after battle:

Upkeep:

-25+18 income+5 banked= -2
Bankrupt Supernova hex 391 return 2 grey cubes to materials
-21+18 income +5 banked= 2 banked

Science = 0 income + 0 banked = 0 Science
Materials= 2 income +2 banked= 4 Materials

Round 7 Starting Values (2$/0S/4M Upkeep -0)
Round 6 VP total: 17 (2 hexes, 5 tech, 8 Rep tiles, 0 Diplomacy tile, 0 Discovery tile, 2 Race bonus)

Why do you say that? As far as I know they never accepted diplo.

Because I thought there was a mistake on the rep draws when I saw that Grievance discarded a 3 tile because from my memory they had a 2. So I went to the player board to verify this and saw that instead of the two tile they had a diplomacy tile with the Orion. Now I know there was talk of forming the diplomatic connection but I don't ever remember it ever being accepted by both parties. So there may be some redraws needed for the reputation tiles if the player board isn't correct.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I would have discarded a cube. Maybe Gnaw did it without final say? Vengey didn't confirm I don't think, although I did offer it.

I did not accept Tatts offer of Diplo as much as I appreciated the gesture.

I am glancing at the thread. I have to go back and take a look at my notes from IH to see what I am suppose to Bankrupt or what not for the what ever the fuck you guys are doing in which ever round this is...
How many fucking people do I have to hammer in order to get that across.

Ok, I can re-do the rep draws to correct that. IH had a 2 and Tatts had a 1 rep tile on their player boards before they were replaced with the ambassadors.

That or missiles. Missiles are kind of my weakness.

Though with collaboration - you with a couple of uberinitiative flux missile boats and me with an ubercannon dread to back it up, we'd be very powerful.

But it does tie our moves together very closely until the end of the game. If, say, tapper gets plasma missiles then we might be in trouble. If I got missiles instead, I'd be able to act of my own accord.

Hmm.....that said, I don't think Tapper can afford missiles anytime soon. A high computer high initiative, multi AM cannon dread might be what we need right now more than anything.

It seems a much better approach to let me deal with missile boats, and you building a floating fortress or two I think.

Re-done reputation draws

In bag = 10 ones, 5 twos, 6 threes

On player boards:

Khell - [4] [4]
Gnaw - [4]
Twelve - [2] [3] [ ] [ ]
D'rek - [1] [2]
CF - [ ] [ ] [ ]
Morgoth - [2] [3] [4]
Ve/Gr - [2] [3] [4]
Tapper - [ ] [4]
Tatts - [1] [1] [2] [3]

hex 305:

(D) Khell - draw 5 == 3 2 3 1 1 == do nothing
(1) Tatts - draw 4 == 1 1 3 2 == keep a 3, put back a 1
(2) Gnaw - draw 2 == 2 3 == do nothing
(3) Ve/Gr - draw 3 == 3 2 2 == keep a 3, put back a 2

hex 304:

(D) Ve/Gr - draw 4 == 3 3 2 2 == do nothing
(1) Twelve - draw 5 == 1 1 1 2 3 == keep a 3

hex 239:

(D) Tapper - draw 4 == 1 1 2 3 == keep a 3
(1) Morgoth - draw 3 == 1 1 2 == do nothing
(2) CF - draw 1 == 2 == keep a 2

hex 203:

(D) Tatts - draw 1 == 1 == do nothing
(1) D'rek - draw 0

Now the reputation bag has:

11 ones, 5 twos and 2 threes

Player board reputation afterwards:

Khell - [4] [4]
Gnaw - [4]
Twelve - [2] [3] [3] [ ]
D'rek - [1] [2]
CF - [2] [ ] [ ]
Morgoth - [2] [3] [4]
Ve/Gr - [3] [3] [4]
Tapper - [3] [4]
Tatts - [3] [1] [2] [3]

I forgot to congratulate you twelve on your successful outcome. Humbling defeats for the Reaction Faction on both the western and eastern frontiers.

Speaking of twelve - supernova rolls!

D'rek,

Vengy/Grief would keep one of the threes they drew wouldn't they? Discard the two on their player board for the three?

@Khell

I've essentially already "blewup" the supernova prematurely during upkeep being forced to bankrupt it to come out on top in the battle for 304. But it would be pretty sweet if I can get a material boost for the last two rounds if I can.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Twelve, in the hex 305 draw they replaced their [2] with a [3]. Then they have two [3]s and a [4], with no empty spots, so they don't do anything with the draw from 304.

Lyra Upkeep

Money = 2 +18 -17 = 3
Science = 5 +24 = 29
Materials = 9 +10 = 19

VP at the end of round 6 = 26 (Hexes: 14, Tech: 2, Rep: 3, Ambassadors: 2, Alliance: 2, Shrines: 3

D'rek, I do believe you've just become our alliance's war machine. Tapper can focus on keeping the GC and his homelands, while I can influence everything in your destructive wake for added VPs ;)

At least, that's the dream.

OOOOOOhhhhhh.

I completely missed that they got a 3 in that battle. I just had it in my head that Tatts was the one fighting Khell and that completely spaced that Grievance was part of that battle as well. Then no worries.

So still nobody has heard anything about Gnaw? Not really concerned about the game, so much as concerned that he's ok at this point Posted Image

I've PMed Gnaw, which should hopefully go to his email as well, just asking to let us know if he's alright, if he can.

I did the supernova rolls using Orokos. If it's too early for this then we can consider it void, but otherwise the results are:

Need 7+ to not blow up.

391 (formerly twelve's): (3, 1) = 4 = KABOOM.

392 (Tattersail's): (2, 6) = 8 + 2 tech bonus = 10 = SAFE.

With Gnaw's homeworld disc returning to his board he doesn't go bankrupt, so his upkeep would be: Money = 0 +10 -10 = 0 Science = 0 +6 = 6 Materials = 4 +4 = 8
