Yeah well if you had put down two or more starbases from the very beginning I would have gone down a very different path as I knew I couldn't beat that without a lot more ships even if I was desperate to get on the other side of the supernova. I like to know I have a decent shot at winning a fight before I pick one especially with my game on the line. I'm just happy I have a pretty good chance of at least winning in 304 if not at keeping both the Dreads alive and I forced you/Grief/Vengy to use the missile discovery on the starbase.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Target IH's interceptors with my missiles and apply as many hits to the cruiser with the missiles as possible. Engagement rounds target cruiser until destroyed. Battle to the death as it is more or less my game if I lose and maybe even if I win.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.
