In any case I will be building in the warp portal hex, so the only issue is what I build - still weighing up the various options.
So. Tatts how do we respond?

@ Lucky Thirteen: You missed that I didn't move an action disc for Tatts' move. Or his materials peg.
I was looking at the map and playerboards. Khell is at -21 after the build. If he does an influence to remove the discs from 324 and 102, he can do 3 more other actions.
I was thinking something sorta off the wall (just for you Morgy). I'll move my interceptor from my homeworld to your homeworld. D'rek might be willing to build to defend it. But that will take me 2 actions. 3 if I do the upgrade to make the int worth something other than a pin ship. But that's shaky even for me.

Tatts, as much as I hate saying this, I think you should hold off doing anything until Khell states what he's building.

Since we're unlikely to make much progress this week I was thinking of taking the playerboards and rearranging them to better suit digital.
What I'd like to do is keep all the information in the same place, just move them around so that the important stuff is isolated from the less important. It's nice to see the picture of the Hydrani, but you don't really need to see it in every update.
What are the things you'd most like to see in such a version?
I propose Presents: at the very end of the round we do a random with the remaining discoveries. Everybody gets one.

I hope the Presents is a bit of a joke. Such things can easily turn a game. The average discovery tile isn't free, but a present is.

Well I'm very tempted to pass and see if I get a Christmas gift from Santa allowing the supernova to survive one more round. Or IH puts the missiles somewhere other than his starbases.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I got my christmas gift already. Sold my 4 month 'old' 15" MBPro last night for $150 less than I paid for it. But was able to turn around and use that money today to buy a 11" MB Air for $90 off, overnight fedex, and no tax. I figure that means I got to test drive a laptop that I wasn't certain I'd like, find out that I was right, and trade it in for the second one on my "that'd be nice but I'm not certain" list.

Bump. Khell is waiting for me to give him some clue with what I'm going to do. If I was him I'd save my resources for next round.
Apt is the only one who reads this. Apt is nice.

I doubt he's waiting to see if you/I/Dr. Grievence declare actions, since we could always change them. He's just caught up in the spirit of the holiday. Or spirits. Or both.
