It seems to me that the better choice is Tapper's homeworld. It will clear up a front for you, and retain the front between IH and Tapper, which I think is important. If Tapper turns to focus on us IH will have access the GC, whereas if we take the GC IH will be our problem.

I need to have a talk with my PHD about his use of acronyms.

IH's reputation tiles as a cosmetic thing stands out. And now I know it's because of the diplomatic fleet he purchased. I think I should have two colony ships available as my last action was an influence action but other than that I can't say that anything else stands out. I like the simple map with the new graphics that you posted. Looks nice.

the new ship parts are what i was interested in you looking at.

cannons, drives, and computers. there are two different versions of each spread across there.
  • numerical + icon:
    • "2"<initiative icon> & "2"<energy icon> for fusion drive
    • "4"<energy icon> for antimatter cannon
  • icon only:
    • <initiative icon><initiative icon> & <energy icon><energy icon> for fusion drive
    • <energy icon><energy icon><energy icon><energy icon> for antiM cannon

Gnaw I may need a reaction from you when it comes round once more.

Upgrade my cruiser with a fusion source, and remove positron computer from the starbase (revealing the ion cannon) as a reaction when it comes round to me.

Depending on twelves subsequent move I may need you to make a reaction, can you oblige?
