On the fifth book we learn that Rhulad planning to flood a warren so that the Edur would be able to sail to everywhere in the world. At DG Kulp, Heborik, Felisin, Gesler Etc. find themselves on their escape from the mad mage in a flooded warren where they find a ship- The Silanda- with headless Tiste slaves and dead Edur. So this is the warren which Rhulad flooded, right? But at DG I understood that the flooding had been caused by a wound which the mad mage opened. so it was a mistake, tight? I mean, the Edur opened the wound or the mad mage?
Also, at DG some Logros T'lan Imass pursuing renegades Tlan Imass apears. Those renegades, are they the thirteen T'lan Imass gods of the Teblor? The Seven of the Dead Fires?
At HoC Karsa encounter some Edur ship and kill all Edur. So this is the same ship, right? And at RG we learn that Karsa killed Binadas. So Binadas was the Edur mage karsa killed on the silanda?
The headless Tiste- they where from some island where they ruled over Edur slaves. What was the name of theis island? (from which also came the Edur regugees at RG, I think) it was'nt Drift Avalli, right?
I think this is all for now.

Right.

Different wound.
Back in MT Rhulad's Krisnan opened a gate and flooded the Nascent in exchange for the troops from the Kenaryladidah demons.
In DG, which takes place AFTER events in MT, the crazy mage opens a gate to the already flooded Nascent which is how Felisin and co end up stuck there.

The seem to be pursuing the Teblor Rock Face gods. It's entirely possible there were other renegade Imass running around the Nascent, but the Rock Faces seem most likely.

It was Drift Avalii. At some point in their travels the Edur seized the Silanda, which was the only ship that regularly travelled to Drift Avalii. They killed a bunch of Andii and did the rowing bodies/evil pile of heads thing. That all happened off-screen after MT. Then came the naval engagement against the Malazans, also offscreen but ref'd in HoC and DG.
Some Edur and Malazans ended up on Avalii where are stuck until Cutter and Apsalar show up in HoC.
The Silanda ended up stuck in the Nascent where Karsa and Nom encountered it and Karsa killed everyone in HoC.
So the Silanda is sitting around empty when Felisin and co are dumped into the Nascent in DG and take over the ship.
The ship is torched by Olar Ethil in DG, Felisin, Baudin, Kulp and Heboric go overboard. Stormy, Gesler and Truth stay on and show up in the river in DG where coltaine has them evac wounded.
Next time we see the ship is in HoC, Tavore is taking it on as her flagship.

Abyss' got you covered. God damn this series is fantastic. Most of these connections I caught on my second read of the series (years ago), and they blew my mind.

I believe it's also referenced in RG that Papa Sengar sent the Silanda, with Binadas on board, to secretly rescue Trull, but Karsa got to them first.
Theorizing that one could poop within his own lifetime, Doctor Poopet led an elite group of scientists into the desert to develop a top secret project, known as QUANTUM POOP. Pressured to prove his theories or lose funding, Doctor Poopet, prematurely stepped into the Poop Accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself in the past, suffering from partial amnesia and facing a mirror image that was not his own. Fortunately, contact with his own bowels was made through brainwave transmissions, with Al the Poop Observer, who appeared in the form of a hologram that only Doctor Poopet could see and hear. Trapped in the past, Doctor Poopet finds himself pooping from life to life, pooping things right, that once went wrong and hoping each time, that his next poop will be the poop home.

Yep, tho it was the clash with the Malazans that sent them off course, then they ran into Karsa.

Abyss you were sooooooo close to perfect! But AFAIR Tavore never even thinks of replacing the Froth Wolf with the Silanda. We do see it in HoC in Aren harbour though, as Pearl and Lostara visit it for the first part of their quest to find Felisin. Pearl notes that they have no way of operating it (because the bone whistle is missing).
In BH we find that Nok has been towing it around with his fleet for food storage because food doesn't go bad in it. Grub gives Gesler the bone whistle and a couple Bonehunter squads ride in style all the way to Malaz City on it.

One more thing I don't think anyone addressed yet is that the island where Edur are slaves is not Drift Avalii, and it's not the Tiste Andii heads that were the slavemasters. There's a human island north of Seven Cities where humans have enslaved diasporic Edur, and the Lether Edur find it and take their vengeance (if I remember correctly, they are also enraged at the Edur who let themselves become slaves, but I forget if they killed them too). Someone else might have a better memory on this, it happens in The Bonehunters I think, but it shouldn't be conflated with the Silanda events.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

That island was Sepik and as Worry said, they are completely different events. Instead of being freed the Edur slaves of Sepik were kept as prisoners until they landed in Letheras and were subsequently liberated by Bugg.

Those are two very different things. On Sepik, the Edur were slaves (or at least lesser class citizens) to the humans of the island. When Tomad Sengar fleet reached Sepik, they killed the humans and took the Edur on-board, but Tomad saw (or chose to see) those Edur as inferior and they were chained up along the sides of the ships (as seen in tBH by Icarium/Karas/Taralack/Samar Dev after they join the Edur fleet). In RG, those Edur are removed from the ships by Rhulad who is pissed off at their treatment and imprisons Tomad and Uruth. The Sepik Edur are left in a large plaza, filthy and despairing. Karsa gives them a big speech but does little, then Bugg teleports them away somewhere (I think to Tehol's remote islands for the indebted and other Letheri downtrodden).
There's no Andii on Sepik so the undead on the Silanda definitely didn't come from there. They came from Drift Avalii, as the Silanda was originally a Malazan (human) ship - the only one authorized to visit Drift Avalii. The Edur attacked Drift Avalii and/or its environs numerous times before Cutter and Apsalar ever reached there in HoC, fighting both the Malazan navy and the Tiste Andii of Drift Avalii. In one of those attacks, the Edur captured the Silanda and their warlocks setup the undead rowers enchantment on the Andii and humans they had killed. Probably because Tomad didn't want to have to entrust an entire crew with keeping quiet about the secret mission to find Trull. With the Silanda, he only needed to send a small number of Edur that he could trust and who's absence would not be as easily noticed. Throughout DG, HoC, BH, RG and TtH there's a collection of references to the Malazans fighting first-unknown-and-then-Edur ships south of Quon Tali, and also a lot of memories and observations from Nimander about those events. In particular, Nimander remembers seeing from the shores of Drift Avalii the Edur ships destroying the Malazan/Andii ships, and he also reflects a lot in RG about his lost love who was killed by the Edur there. Furthermore, Nimander's group gets really uneasy about the Andii heads on the Silanda because it's their relatives and former friends' heads!

Ah, yes, Sepik was the island I was talking about. Now I understand that I confused Drift Avalli and Sepik- basically, I though that in Sepik there were Andii rulers over Edur slaves, and that as vengeance the Edur fleet behaded the Andii and made them undead slaves on the Silanda. Wow, Ericson really tricked me here
OK, thanks everybody, now I understand what happened a lot better.
