Okay, so slight change in layout this time because we have to take into account previous investment, so changes by location:

Mud Street
University 0, 0, 3, 0 - Could be any role.

Judge Wallace's Office
Corporate Cult 6, 2, 1, 5 - Acquisition Agent or Locomindhive

Mormon's House
Corporate Cult 6, 5, 2, 5 - no role can score this without burning through between 1 and 4 cheat pips so I'm inclined to think they won a Wager at Wallace's Office again and the actual investment was 4, 3, 0, 3 which eliminates only the Iron Worker.

Rickety Shack
Aces 8, 8, 8, 8 - Hard call this one, could be Cattle Thief and Card Shark however Cattle Thief is confirmed in the Day phase being on Outlaws. I'd suspect therefore Card Shark and raise the possibility that the Cattle Thief sacrificing the Longhorn gained +3 per suit to the Shack rather than being the source of the election failure.

Dead Dane's Deed
Corporate Cult 3, 6, 3, 0 - Iron Worker

Fleece spring
Aces 4, 2, 0, 0 - Gunslinger, again. Gold focussed role perhaps?

Outlaw's Refuge
Aces 2, 2, 1, 1 - Cattle Thief known to be there during Day so Cattle Thief.

So we have one more location claimed and a few roles who have sat still for two days now.

Big cut-backs in University and LaRua investment and a hike in Corporate Cult spending. Do the South even realise they can win through locations?

PS, if the Rickety Shack is destroyed by having more than 4 players on it, how does that affect the VCs? Currently owning it are the Aces, should it be destroyed there would be no way for the South to take possession, therefore making a location based victory for them impossible, should they actually try to go for it.

[1]

It would appear that they have already forgone the location option anyways.

So we have two directions we can go with Mayor. We can elect one of the people who have been lynch targets as suggested by Fanderay and go for revenge (attack those who would lynch contributing members instead of low posters or very suspicious individuals);
OR
we could elect a mayor who would carry forward with the policy of trying to lynch these seemingly unlynchable SOBs (myself included in the unlynchable) and move on.

I personally will support a policy of revenge, seeing that Jalan continues to ride my ass for some strange reason, despite me not killing him, merely moving him as was my intention.

I will elect a judge who will take out Jalan along with two other people (thread's choice) who have been pushing for lynches that are a little too personal (recognizing that I have become one of those people thanks to Jalan's loving attention).

Edit: Bullets[5]

The fact that you spent 6 spades just to move someone is a bit intimidating.

I obviously cannot give you role information on thread without bragging, but let's just say it was desperation not power that influenced such an action.

I like certain alts, I dislike others. I have only gut feelings as to who is nasty and who nice. I would not like to see Barghast lynched. Jalan survived whatever it is that was aimed his way. Hanas is still down the low poster side of things, Hentos hasn't done much to alleviate anything aimed his/her way.

So why Dane's Deed? Why not wait till after the location for Roulette had been revealed before making a destination choice. Why Jalan in particular and not another one of us if you just needed to move? Of course no PM stuff, but give us any clues?

Cast is the only person who has been on who wants a convo with me, even though it'll disqualify himself from his own election preferences so it's yours Cast.

You said you wouldn't mind one with me Lock but haven't been back yet since I offered, I won't mind if you want to go with your other choice today and do me tomorrow or not, I'll leave it to you.

Friendship with Cast

You are assuming Jalan and I were the only ones at Dane's Deed.

If we weren't, the Card Shark has done an excellent job of framing you. I don't believe that there was someone else, and I think you're the Card Shark. Hopefully that will encourage some people to actually vote someone Mayor who'll finally get you lynched (aka ME!!)

@ Grasp or Lock If either of you can prove to me that your lynch attempt on me was a misguded mistake and that you really don't know for sure if we are on the same team then start talking. Either brag or telegram or befriend me or whatever means you have at your disposal and start making your case as to why I shouldn't go all revenge killer on you two.

I didn't have a lynch attempt on you. From very early on in day 2 my lynch submission was Hanas and Bek, then Hanas and Demelain. I voted lock fairly early (page 17ish) with the understanding that he would be picking me as judge and those would be the lynches. Then I went to bed and came back later on to find that Lock had decided to pick Cast as judge in order to lynch you and Hentos, and I was actually rather miffed to have made a vote for Lock on grounds that were now being changed - see around page 19 or 20.

I said yesterday I was working on a new electioning idea, and this election-blocking shenanigans makes it a bit more troublesome, but here goes anyways:

1 - I am running for Mayor.
1a - Vote for me if you like my system and want to be in it using the regular voting methods.
1b - This will cost you 1 bullet, of course.

2 - I'll accept up to 7 Judge Candidates.
2a - each Judge Candidate must announce their candidacy by saying in bold "I want to be a Judge Candidate".
2b - In the same post (or starting in that post and over the next few posts), indicate the targets that you will lynch and build the case on them.
2c - You must pick a different set of lynch targets than anyone who is already a Judge Candidate.
2d - I will acknowledge you as a Judge Candidate. The only reason I won't is if you don't include a target, don't make an actual case, or if there are already 7 candidates.
2e - You can "join in" to the system without wanting to be a Judge Candidate - in fact too many Judge Candidates all JudVoting for themselves makes it pointless, hence the max of 7.

3 - Anyone who has voted for me as Mayor can make a Judvote
3a - In any post, say in bold "Judvote <alt>" or "Remove Judvote" or something like that.
3b - Since these are not real mayoral votes, you can remove and re-vote as often as you like without it costing more bullets
3c - The goal would be to use Judvotes more like regular mafia votes, where we can debate and switch around a lot, and as the clock runs down change Judvotes to the train that the most people like in order to secure the lynch

4 - Players who don't "enter the system" by voting me as Mayor can make unofficial Judvotes of their own, especially if I'm already at L-1 and we don't want to trigger the election yet.
4a - However, unless there is a huge discrepancy (ie: 5 Judvotes for player A, 3 Judvotes and 9 unofficial Judvotes for player :( I will stick to following the official Judvotes foremost.

5 - When Rien Ne Va Plus happens, or is about to happen, I will submit my Judge choice as the person with the most Judvotes and they will lynch the person they chose as target, according to the will of the masses

6 - If we like the system, I propose we can continue it the next day, with a new person being the Mayor running the system and the previously elected Judge barred from participating as candidates two days in a row so that there isn't XP hoarding. As long as the Mayor of each day remains neutral for that day and keeps the system going as such it should work.

**note: the system would actually work better with only one lynch as with 3 lynches the various judge candidate choices might not be too different or not everyone might find any of them agreeable. I had intended the system for a single-lynch day but it should still work for one day of triple-lynch followed by single-lynch days.

Only PS is allowed to use Bold, so this falls on its face. Plus it's way too complicated.

Vote me for simplicity. I'll make Lock the judge, he'll lynch Liosan, Rashan and Hanas. Plain, simple.

I nominate myself for judge

if elected judge I will lynch Hanas, Rashan and Demelain

Hanas since he hasn't done anything at all on thread as of yet.

Rashan because I've barely even known he was playing (thanks to Barghast for that recap)

Demelain, because he was very vocal Day 1 and has since gone really quiet.

Firstly, bolding. Make text sizes bigger instead perhaps.

Secondly, if we'd gone with my scheme in the first place we'd be avoiding all this revenge bitchiness. I propose myself for Mayor. I will tell no-one my Judge choice until after Day has ended. After Day ends, if the Judge has indicated they are willing for me to name them, I will do so. If not, I will not. If I'm lynched then it is up to Judge to out themselves if they so desire.

Plus side, no-one with a lynch defence knows to activate it if it needs activating. I may well be lynched myself. You all secretly have someone you want dead even if you can't draw a case against them, you may be my Judge and get your wish.

Down side, you may end up with someone who wants you dead as Judge. You won't have a firm knowledge of who is getting XP beyond me unless Judge is happy to be revealed.
