The way the OP reads makes me think lynches occur after day runs out, which would mean a long wait, as the only resolution now is the wagers. Am I wrong? Hope so, anyway.

Lock is ineligible for election this day/night cycle as the result of an ability used on him.
No-one voted for another player than Lock, there is no replacement Mayor.

Tomorrow's Judge will have 3 lynches at their disposal.
