Obviously I can't answer your question re: the Shadow. What I have implied is only what can be implied with what is readily available on thread. Friendship me and I'll give you more information, but on thread this is all I can do. Let me just add - do you really think that I can only summon a Shadow once?
And I understand not wanting me to be the 2nd train's destination, but I'm gonna put it out there right away, just in case. I figure it's best to not waste time with this. Plus I needed to do the Brag before RNVP so that people who`ve chosen me as their lynch choice can change that so as not to give tomorrow's judge more power than is necessary.

You're obviously implying that the Shadow can be used to stand in for you at a lynch. But, to answer the bit in italics, I would hope that Tapper has learned from the Sacrosanct experience.
I don't want to waste a lynch, but then there's always the possibility that you're bluffing, that the Shadow does nothing of the sort. As I said, I would hope we don't have another Sacrosanct here.

Yeah, another Northern Desert fiasco seems unlikely, IMO. Tapper probably did an entire re-read of his game setup focusing entirely on just making sure that wasn't possible again <img src='http://forum.malazanempire.com/public/style_emoticons/default/p.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<img src='http://forum.malazanempire.com/public/style_emoticons/default/p.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

With that in mind, I will

Well, I'll also point out the failed lynch during Day 2, where someone stopped the Mayoral election from happening? How is that different from having a LP except on its surface?
Sacrosanct was different, because everyone in the game had access to it, and it affected an entire tile. Having ONE person have a LP ability is MUCH different from that, don't you think? Anyway, like I said, I'm just doing my best to have you not give tomorrow's judge 2 lynches. I have my doubts about anyone's ability to see reason in this game. The amount of work that went into getting you guys just to elect me Mayor, and in the end it only happened because it was where the train was headed anyway, proves that no one is interested in actually using rational thought in this game. So I fully expect I'll be the one that ends up being the lynch choice, which will not only screw YOU over, but will also, I suspect, screw me over cause you'll just keep trying to lynch me in hopes it will work, so I'll have to keep wasting my fucking Spades on the Shadow.
Anyway, I'll be back after RNVP to talk about my judge/lynch choices, not that I expect it will matter.
