That was the Vig inheritance. There was just enough vagueness in all the PMs for Akend to pull that reveal off. Lish deserves much rep.

He was guardable and killable once he moved to a castle. He was an auxillary character out of reach until he took over for a side. He couldn't do anything to town either until then if I recall.
