What does Liosan intend to achieve? If it is the destruction of his enemies, then that will not happen so long as he aids them in attacks on the Vord. If the Vord spark is extinguished, so is the spark of Liosan. Our mutual enemies will turn on you the moment they perceive no threat from the Vord. Unless you strike at them while the Vord remain a power, or at least do not abet them, you yourself will die knowing that the Rebels tore everything from you.
The Vord do not promise you victory. The Vord remain steadfast in the belief in their own inevitable conquest of Alera. Yet, the Vord can ensure that you see your enemies die before you. That you see them wiped off the face of this earth and know that their stench no longer pervades your kingdom.
The Vord promise slow, agonising deaths for the Rebels equal to that of the First Aleran - their nails torn out, their eyelids and tongues cut off, baby Vord inserted into their ears and rectum to eat them from the inside out, and finally torn limb from limb. For Liosan, the Vord can promise a quick, honourable death, in full knowledge that his enemies wished they had never been born.

Why does this seem eerily similar to the offer you made the rebels a few days ago? Oh, that's right, that's because you tried the same thing with the rebels. And it didn't work. Like I'd bet it won't work this time.
The Rebels refused the Vord offer through their actions. That is why they shall suffer the same fate as the First Aleran.
The Vord wish to know whether Liosan would prefer to see his Vord enemies or his Rebel enemies meet their end before him - for surely he will not see both.
I am perfectly aware of the motivations of the Rebels, and hold no illusions about the loyalty of the First Alerans.
However, I will not co-operate with enemies of humanity.
That being said, it is not in the interests of the Loyalists to strengthen the Rebels. I will not provide any support (such as healing) to the Rebels. Nor will I actively support the Vord.
