I don't think we'll be able to accomplish a lynch tonight. It's too easy for our alt-controlling friend(s) to mess us up, unless Fener actually had a LP. All they need to do is watch the train and provide the hammer with another alt, and we've got nothing for another night. And I don't see why they would let us lynch Tiam.
But for the moment, this is the best idea we have, so I'll give in and vote.

The theory is that Day timed out. End of day 1 had nothing to do with hammers. If someone hammers with a fake alt lynch just doesn't happen and we will know that at least one fake alt is on the train.

I thought the same thing, but Gait's point is that the 12th vote might not have ended the counter if the alt's vote didn't count; there was only a minute left anyway.
Still seems a little too optimistic, but I'll roll with it.

Occam's razor. there are far better explanations for a no-lynch. I would go with the time-out scenario before the LP one.
