This faction distribution list in the tiles is very cool. I'm worried that it could help the bad guys, too, but it's worth it just to see that three rebels have been wasting their time in Alera Imperia, presumably this whole time
By my count:
First Alerans - 5
Loyalists - 6
Rebels - 7
Vord - 1
which doesn't add up to the 22 of the players alive list. But I wonder if Narash and Shuar don't show anything because they are infested? It would make sense if Tiam and Rashan respawned there, and maybe there's a 3rd alt in one of those two tiles that we can't see.
But that would mean then that the Vord in Elinarch would not be Rashan or Tiam, so not a generic one... (duh duh duuuuuunn)

I have a theory. Each tile has an alt and when that tile is infested that alt is spawned. If we kill the alt it just spawns back. Each new tile one new alt.

Regarding Elinarch, I would imagine the Vord there is the queen. Makes sense, though it is strange that the infestation only went up by 1 point. Perhaps the infestation speed is related to the number of players on the tile. It's an idea worth keeping in mind as we move forward.
It's also possible that the queen is the last unaccounted for alt in the player count. 19/22 are listed. Tiam and Rashan bring us to 21/22, with one left. Which would mean that the Vord on Elinarch is not the queen.
