I think Nimander is worried because he has already stated he was attacked last night. A leader asking for a heal? He is worried that if attacks are boosted then his heal could be penetrated.
What the fuck are you talking about? I never stated I was attacked last night. What the fuck are you just making up random lies now? Go find me saying that and quote it. I fucking dare you. Do it and if you're right I will vote for myself every fucking day.
But of course you can't, because you are just a fuckwit who decides to just make up things like that and pretend that they are facts.

The reason I am voting Nimander is his obsession with Tiam. If Tiam is right and can boost abilities then this may help us against the Vord Queen. If Tiam is wrong and he is just a vord spawn then he is not a big fish.
Maybe you, as a Vord with hive-mind communication or a rebel leader or some shit have tons of information, but you forget that in MAFIA most roles do NOT have a lot of information. In a TMDI 10+ game, the most important thing for the "town" or "townish" (and in this case First Aleran + Loyalists are clearly a sort of town due to being the good guys and having an assumed high number of combined players with similar VCs) players is to get information and figure out the game. What you are encouraging is that most players who have no information just run around blindly for a few days just so we can get some little "boost" to our shitty furies, and then on Day 5 finally start figuring out the game, at which point we will not know anything more than we knew on Day 1, but the Vord will have taken over 2 more tiles and a few players will likely be dead.
That is a losing scenario.
The Vord obviously have the ability to infest faster than we can fortify, or the croach mechanic would be completely useless and/or the Vord would start with half the map infested. So losing a few roles and a few tiles is likely going to push us beyond a tipping point where it will be very, very difficult for us to win back against the Vord and the players they've recruited by then. But you want us to sit in a circle and do fuck all listening to Tiam, just so we can get some vague promise of a slight "boost" to our abilities that will take at least 3 days to actually be noticeable, with no current factual evidence to indicate that this is even possible.
My plan, on the other hand (vote off Tiam, see if she what the fuck she is) gives us a whole lot of new information by the end of day 2 that we can then act upon before we reach that tipping point.
We find out that Tiam was somewhat telling the truth and was an independent player? Then we KNOW that there are factors beyond what is stated in the OP, like independent players, and that there can be hidden mechanics in the game. We miss out on a vague, unspecified "boost" that would have affected only some players (for any given fury type, there will probably only be a handful of players with that fury type) several days later, and it would have helped the Rebels and maybe the Vord, too. It's really no big loss.
OR, we find out that Tiam was Vord? Then already after Day 2 we know that new alts appearing is a Vord mechanic and we can be damn sure that we'll need to use our Attacks against the spawning Vord while trying to find and lynch the queen(s). Furthermore it gives us insight into how the Vord work - that they have an alt-spawning mechanic that can presumably get bigger and overrun us, so we can start looking at how to keep them suppressed.
OR, we find out Tiam is something else that is not even being discussed as a possibility right now? Then we will know THAT now, instead of waiting until Day 5 to lynch Tiam and find it out!
How on earth can you justify this vague promise of an ability "boost" that you don't even know what it will do and would only happen 2 days down the line being a higher priority than getting crucial information now that will help us to understand this game and give us a chance to work together as a pair of factions and win? It's like playing M&P and you'd rather be an Herbalist than a Finder. It's so downright stupid that it's suspicious.
