1) I think all of these questions are best answered by me saying that if this had been a 17-player game, I would not have been around. I think I can say that, as that isn't speculation or opinion, that's a fact.

2) and 3) Related questions. Nothing happens, of course. And even a non-vote is a vote. Wrong consequences
