Antillusinfestation went up by 2 overnight. at the start of Day 4 there were no vord there. Mayhaps the Queen is focusing her attention there?

Two vord moving to the same tile in the same night and both increasing the infestation counter.

I actually have... something. In line with my almost complete lack of offensive abilities, it's not exactly a "nuking" move, and it's a bit of an end-game move, being associated with a specific tile far from where the Vord started. I'm not really sure how valuable it could be. In the best case scenario it could be used in combination with an ability like Fener's claimed creep-burning move to delay the Vord for some time, depending on their numbers/speed of infestation/amount of infestation that can be removed. Potentially, potentially, if the Vord are few and weak, it could stop their advancement indefinitely. Or until they kill me/the infestation remover.
Whoever has access to the great furies probably has considerably more power. I'm not sure whether Korbas going around calming them is that great, frankly. I've been meaning to ask him about that.

it's one of the many useless things Korbas has been doing. Any other Earth crafter with any sense should be around Elinarch, since that's the only place for Vord to go after Nashuar.

Back and caught up. A few deaths and they are one Loyalist and one Rebel. Well, at least we have something other than Vord for the first time since Vene's modkill. Speaking of Modkills, why on earth hasn't Barghast been modkilled? I realize that the modkill timer is "back on," and it's meta, but maybe Barghast is the Vord Queen or a faction leader which explains why he wasn't modkilled (could upset the game balance)...

As to the Vord objective, they seem to have lost a lot of their punch once we started the lynching. Elinarch is barely ticked to 3 today... although we do see two in Antillus. Why would the Vord suddenly split their infestation?

I have some wild specualtion about that, but it's completely uncorroborated by any evidence. My wild guess is, either Rash or Tiam 'd make some sense from game "died" in Elinarch, and are now forever stuck there.

This is just a completely wild guess, btw, I have no clue how the Vord work. it would make some sense from a game design perspective, though.

There are other ideas, too. Maybe someone got recruited in Antillus and ticked up infestation. Maybe there's a multi-tile infestation ability. Don't know that it adds much to the "who do we lynch today" train, but it's a thought.

I'm not even going to bother with Barghast unless he posts a subsistence comment.

I am curious at those who are willing to give him a complete pass because he only has 3 votes. My mafia fu must be very bad because for the life of me I cannot understand that reasoning.

I'm tempted to say fuck it and go back to posting once per day.

I don't think that's a very safe assumption to make. It'd be nice, but I always find WCS is best to assume.

I remember someone saying something about their firecrafting active being answered with "not in range"
after thinking long and hard about it, I have at last found out that the guy probably had a "steam cloud" !
