Alright, I really have to go again.

Shall I place my vote now, or shall I leave it if there's enough people around to do it later?

Also I think now it might have been worth waiting one more night and guarding Galayn again before revealing, if we're going with the alternating kills theory. But nothing can be done about that now.

Edit: In order to make absolutely certain, I mean.

Even then there's uncertainty. He could also have guarded someone else to check whether there even would be a kill when GL wasn't guarded for example.

At a certain point, it's a question of balancing how much information there is against how long town get to use it.

I can't imagine that you need to put him on L-1 with 29 hours left so that we don't fail the lynch.

I'm sure someone can remove a vote if we want L-2 to be maintained. But as Shadow said, we have lots of time (even if I am biting my nails down to the quick waiting).

Are you advocating holding off?

I'm advocating not lynching him before we get everyone's input on it.

Other than that, I'm all for testing by lynching GL.

Just there's no need to do it as a speed lynch right at the start of day 3.

What kind of input do you want? We have a reveal, a solid reveal. If GL is scum he's gonna come on thread and spew a bunch of shit that will muck up the thread. If GL is innocent, we have scum in Tiam and we lynch him. The only input you are going to get is I agreement with Tiam or not.

I don't understand using the time just for the sake of using time. The more you post, the scummier you seem. If GL comes back as scum you will be my prime symp candidate.

I can't shake the feeling Shadow is stalling so that his killer can make it back to thread in case he didn't get his kill order in on short notice.

I think rushing a lynch doesn't help town any in this instance. I'd like to hear back from GL and see if we get a counter.

Awful convenient accusation considering we've yet to have a kill...

How do you know the reveal is solid?

Not speed-lynching is standard procedure in regards to a reveal.

I also really don't get the fixation people have with the argument that someone actually posting is somehow a bad thing, like seeing what people have to say is only gonna be a bad thing that "muddies up the thread". It's very anti-information play, and it's idiotic.

Why do you want us to rush into this lynch?

I want to rush into the lynch to see the CF...
in other news, I'm not glad you decided to not lynch me.
I don't think we are going to get anything by waiting, I mean GL is going to be lynched, no matter what anyone does. and most of the thread have already given us their opinion... (most of those who matter anyway, mine isn't worth shit for example)

Because I don't see the point in waiting around for something that is inevitable. Lets get the CF and make our plans from there. It's not like we don't get a whole day to talk about this as soon as the lynch happens. Also, the underlined part, coming from you is real rich, considering you are the one that was blasting for people posting things on day one. Hypocrite much?

I feel the reveal is solid because the vibe I get from Tiam is real. I didn't think he was distracting from anyone else's lynch and I don't see any motivation for the symp to fake reveal this early just to get a townie lynch. With the lack of kills this game has had, trading a scum for a townie is not a good trade for the scum team. Trading 1 roled town for 1 killer is a great trade for town. Hence, I feel Tiam's reveal is solid.

And if Tiam is actually a symp? Let's just rush into this and not give the guard a chance to actually respond if they want to right?

And even if he isn't (which I agree is more likely - but would rather not gamble on) why is getting a response from GL a bad thing at all?

I mean, I get the same vibe about Tiam, you're basically repeating exactly what I said earlier there, but it doesn't justify rushing in when we have nothing to lose by waiting.

When I said posting, I perhaps should have qualified it with "posting stuff that's relevant".

I guess I should clarify. I don't think hearing from GL is a bad thing. I just don't think it should hold up the game. I mean, if he is scum, it's not like he is capable of even hinting at who his partner or his symp is. I guess if he is inno there is some merit in hearing him out. But based on Tiam's reveal, and my thoughts on his reveal which I outlined above, I obviously think it's the former and I don't think it's necessary to wait around and delay what we all know is going to happen.

guys, I am trying to keep an eye on thread, but having some difficulty maintaining the flow of my usual banter and/or stunning content (looking at you Shady)

reveal fest is giving me pause - I am going to vote GL to test the guard but that is not a fool proof test imo

Thanks for the clarification, I guess I must have misunderstood this bit:

I kind of think we should wait to decide lynches at the time. It's not impossible for Tiam and GL both to be inno.

People's impatience should really not be a factor here.

Also, you're pretty confident in the reveal. That's fair enough. But you shouldn't be 100% certain. Thus, there's a possible benefit to waiting, and the only downside is...it's a bit boring.

I don't do well with boredom. This is my prime posting time and I hate to waste it.

I'm not 100% But I am pretty confident. If the healer wasn't dead I wouldn't be near as confident.
