Gnaw I am assuming you wanted people to take a look at the VP totals you updated in that latest map you posted. This is what I found (before battle resolution in Round 8)

Khell (Blue) Hexes are 8 not 6, Discovery 2 not 4 Really need to flip the ion missiles to discovery points.

Tatts (Orange, Assuming the color next to white is orange). Hexes are 13 not 11 (forgot that NW hex behind D'rek I think), Race bonus should be 3 not 0, one for the hypergrid Source sitting on his dread, another for the shard hull also on the dread and another for the +8 money tile he uncovered.

Morgoth (Black) Looks good

D'rek (Green) Hexes 14 not 13, Discovery tiles should be 0 not 3

SS (Red column between yellow and blue) Hexes 10 not 9, and his other race bonus should be 4 not 1, 2 for the free cruisers, 1 for the warp portal, and one for the Ion Turret.

Tapper (Grey) Looks good

Twelve (Pinkurple) Tech probably right if calculated before I reseached Gluon computers but will need to be changed to 12 from 10 before end of the round. Reputation tiles need to be 11 not 13. The other should be 1 not zero for the ancient Dreadnaught kill.

CF (White) Hexes should be 9 not 12 (his homeworld is zero points not three), Rep should be 13 not 11.

I'm sure I'm missing something myself but this should help clear things up going into battle resolution.

Proposed Rule Modification:

  • Mulligans of issued actions are allowed up to the point where the next player posts his or her move

The time delay caused by waiting for a reaction from a passed player is magnified by our time zone differences. No one has to submit an action before all previous players have made theirs. Should you choose to submit one before a passed player has stated their reaction preference the following rules are in place:

  • Action order must include a confirmation acknowledging that the order might be a major fucking blunder mistake if the passed player does something different than what you expect.
  • Action Orders that would be nullified by a reaction from the passed player will not be allowed.
  • Any Action orders submitted and confirmed are done so at your own risk. No mulligans if you are wrong.
  • Action orders submitted and confirmed by following players are in the same "your own risk" category.

Hmm, I'm rethinking some things. It may be that I don't need them after all. If I did, it would be just Beta Delphini (and a way to get there), but it may be I won't need either...we shall talk again.

Yes, the VP are what I needed help with.
The 'preview of coming attractions' window for predictive technology.

Yes, that's orange. I thought discovery technology was either/or? you either take the tech or get the points. Khell's ion missiles for example.

Again, tech and points both? He gets 1 for the warp portal development because it's a "whoever controls it" thing.
