SS, mafia is just a fun little side line. Won't take much of your time. But it's fun as hell and games usually don't last more than 2 weeks. 3 sometimes. 4+ are fairly rare. 1 week mini games happen from time to time. You don't have to play every game; just when you feel like it.

The crazy thing was I thought for sure this was one tech I could count on being available for me to research what with it's cost and there was all 4 tech sitting there for me to research. And in the course of one round they are all gone.

Yes, the attack is still happening and in my case has commenced. Ideally, we'd like you to move to Capella and Zeta Herculis - Zeta Herculis to try and take over and Capella throw any old thing in in order to block twelve's dreads from reaching his homeworld.

Obviously, those are suggestions and it's up to you to determine what's a priority - though I think you will have more chance of taking one hex off twelve the more hexes he's occupied across.
