You are the one player my missiles probably aren't enough to scare off. If you had played nice with Morgoth last round or you didn't lose that Dread in the fight for the hive hex you and I would probably be tusseling right now and chances are I would be the one on the losing end. Having starbases will hopefully help but I am in no way shape or form able to make an offensive move against you. Someone I can't attack successfully is reason enough to be at least wary of.

Fair enough, but as you can see I am very busy at the moment. Odds of me attacking you are pretty poor. Tapper and SS would be causes for worry if I were in that position, as they both seem to be sitting still at the moment (I know SS is boxed in, but he could get the Jump Drive from revelation or get a warp portal).

Yeah i know I will come out ahead Twelve but just from the realisation that he can make different moves than I anticipated makes me think I am not going to win this game. Regardless of hitting Gnaw and winning, I am just not bright enough. You know what I wanted and why I invaded him this round. I will still get it but maybe not as good as I thought.

I was taking a look at my player board and you forgot to record my third Influence action. I see that the colony ships are correctly facing up but the disk from the influence track hasn't been moved to the action track. My upkeep should show -13 not -10 and with my move action it will bump it to -17.

I don't really care how long the game takes to complete personally, but I appreciate that others care a great deal. If others want to wait, I'm fine with taking a break from modding. If nobody wants to wait then Tapper should make sure somebody is subbing for him at the end of the week.

As the end of next week is a holiday I wouldn't mind putting the game on hold for a week after this Friday but if he is going to be out two weeks that's probably a bit too long and I would prefer he had someone fill in for him.

It's going to be two weeks, unfortunately. The first week will be very troublesome for access, the second slightly so, but as I will be in Poland and web access is bound to be expensive through roaming data, I'd rather not risk doing it overly often, only at day start's and end. Eclipse is fun but not worth a € 100,- phone bill.

So you are saying you would be willing to check in once or twice a day week two if we put it on hold a week? If that's the case then I say have a week freeze and have Tapper leave provisionals either on thread or through IH for the following week. Frankly if you can make your moves that would be preferrable.

I think the best solution would be for Tapper to tell IH what he is planning for the next round or so, and then IH play for him while adhering to those plans where and when it is reasonable.

I asked IH to sub in and updated him on my broad outlook on the game.
If he wants to take over completely, he's also welcome to that - I don't think I leave him an impossible mess

If he's prevented than I'll try to get on daily (usually before/just after breakfast), but can't really make promises. Then again, if next round is anything like this one, I expect there to be quite long breaks, too
