Twelve, what should Khell do next? Eclipse-wise

Upgrade those starbases of his with double hull and double computers.

I might do hulls, computers, and plasma cannons too. But then will need the obligatory fusion source on there as well. Haven't quite decided. It depends on CF really. If he comes for me, then I'm going to make sure he loses. My game is done so I have no qualms about crippling the guy who finished my game.

What is it with you guys? Gnaw that is amazing!

@Khell, this is the reason I forgot you were a historian, all the information!

It's nice. But there are trade offs. I'd like to live in a college town near 40-50 miles from a Portland sized city. The college town being the draw for me. Audit the occasional class for student ID. Concerts, plays, guest speakers.
The rattlesnake hunt at the rod and gun club isn't cutting for me.

Hilarious! Jayne is more of a country girl, I am more of a city boy. I like people a lot more than her, she loves views and walks a lot more than me although I don't complain.
Apt is the only one who reads this. Apt is nice.

The zero turn (Bad Boy brand. Really that's their name.) almost makes mowing not a pita. 10 mph doesn't sound fast, but on the longer stretches it's nice.
EditYou're right about the cost. Besides the time and fuel savings, it also is going to outlast a riding mower. This thing is built with 1/4" steel. Half inch tubing on the frame. There's no doubt it'll last a very long time.

That sounds really nice. But I have decided that the next time I have multiple acres to mow I will be looking at getting this bad boy.

Real Mans Lawn Mower

After doing 2 acres with a crappy push for 7 years when I was a kid I think that being able to go from 0 to 60 mph in 4 seconds would drastically cut down the time that it took.

Holy shit!!!! I'd kill myself trying to mow the lawn with that beast.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Transfer to the University of Oregon and I'd be willing to rent you a room for 300/month. :p

Gotcha beaver boy.

It's closer to my place and he'd be a liability to your favorite school. I'd doubt he'd want to commute over an hour to go to OSU.

What do they usually farm outside your yard? You also have a whole lot fewer obsticles to dodge than I do.

The smaller section to my north is just a hay field. As for obstacles you do have a lot more than I do. But the row of tress on the road frontage and the one on the SE are all spaced so that they can be mowed around.

Yeah because I stopped riding with you after you nearly got you, your brother, me and my two brothers killed trying to race in that Audi you ultimately totaled.

Ah. But there is one advantage to a rural setting. "The Pile". You'll find The Pile behind a shed or in an old barn. But there is always a Pile somewhere.

Liability?!

I presently commute an hour and a half each way. The journey itself is barely 12 miles, but that's how long the public transport takes...

However, once I start my new job, I'll be only a ten-minute drive from the uni! Now that will be heaven. But alas, that will be temporary till I move to a more affordable area.

You lot weighed so much that is probably why I lost that race. A blight on an otherwise perfect road racing record. :p

It wasn't totaled. I still drove it until I left oregon. True it did shake a little over a hundred but other that and the plastic windows it was fine.

Well figure about 30 minute commute to UO and about 50 to OSU. UO you would have to do a fair amount of city driving and OSU is mostly rural highway.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

That and the fact we were all screaming our heads off telling you to slow down probably played into that result as well. I also completely forgot about those plastic windows. I loved your dad's improvisation sometimes. I really need to go see them this summer. Gives me another excuse to go down and finally see Crater Lake.

So Tatts. You are seriously disapointing me this round. I thought for sure you would make a play for that double ancient hex. I was looking forward to destroying both of your dreads in the process of taking out that hex.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Practically. We grew up down the street from each other and spent most of grade school at each others houses. Twelve was a good boy until I got my hooks into him. Of course he rebelled by going to OSU but still.

Urban settings have Piles, too. I think my main Pile is under a pile of clothes in the bedroom somewhere.
