@ D'rek your summary looks good to me. Except that SS provisionally passed after using his pulsar upgrade and I think CF mentioned that he passes his next go around. I forgot about SS's pulsar provisional or more accurately I thought it had happened already.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I moved em all. You're clear to move in....and I figured you would.

I'd just like to point out you have way bigger fish to fry than me. I'm not much of a threat, and all of my stupid worlds have stupid science planets.

Gnaw on the other hand has some very lovely material planets and a supernova hex (that is not likely to explode yet) with 2 grey planets ripe for conquest.

Plus if you're going to betray him, you might as well get it over with early. You're not likely to keep the traitor card for long the way this game is headed.

You are right. It's much funnier read that way.

I'm thinking the Hydrani (and Lyra) aren't really great for large-scale games. They are slower to build up, and there's just no room on the board to allow you to stay away from others in the meantime. Might have been better off for the likes of me if this game did have alliances.

The Hydrani are excellent in big games like this. Their massive tech advantage combined with the reduced scores in high number games means they're in a much better position in big games rather than small ones.

Tapper, the above comment should in no way influence your attack on CF. D'rek is after the center. SS, if he's going to attack you doesn't need the warp portal. And the Khan is a nice guy who is going to settle for 6th place and wouldn't dream of attacking you.

:p

Am I up btb? If so I pass.

@ D'rek - Though I am no doubt an attractive target of your affections, with my blood shot eyes and foam flecked beard coquettishly inviting all sorts of attention, I hope that we can enjoy the pleasure of a more platonic relationship for a longer period of time.

I'm not sure if Khell went through with his Pass or not - it might've been just a provisional and he changed his mine with CF attacking him. If so, then yes you're up. If not, well whatever anything Khell does doesn't affect you :p

No reaction from me, btw, so back to SS who has a pulsar provisional. Then it goes to Twelve (unless there are any reactions) who has a provisional Pass, too. Then to CF!

I think CF is just trying to sow chaos everywhere. :p As I already mentioned above, it would be a stupid move on my part anyways!

@D'rek, RE my earlier comment -

You're not going to be up against 2 ships if Morgoth doesn't get a reaction!

Oh, for sure. All the same I cannot help but worry about your presence at my doorstep. Though I long to feel your.. emh.. chin-tusks gently pressing against my ... beak?.. I cannot but worry at the presence of a cruiser so close.

I hear ya. There's not really anywhere else in my territory to move it that would do anything though, and I was thinking about attacking GP while his dread was so far away, but then he got those tachyon drives...

the other thing I was thinking was that if I had actually had a chance against twelve's dreads I was considering building another cruiser in the hive and flying through GP to the center (much shorter than going all the way around, and I figured it wouldn't engender many bad feelings from GP even though it's technically a betrayal).

I was going to ask you if I could expect an univited visitor in the GC next turn. You could build a Dread and then have your Dread and Cruiser against my 2 dreads and 2 starbases. It would be interesting to see who would come out on top of that one. I think I would have a slight edge but it would probably go badly for both of us regardless of who actually won.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

So I guess everyone has one last chance to do a reaction until it goes back to SS.

I won't do a reaction.

He gets one reaction if he chooses to do so from the looks of it. I wouldn't if I were him as he has zero chance of taking a hex with one ship other than your warp portal hex Gnaw. And that would only allow him to swap one resource of his choice for materials plus he gets the traitor card from CF. Plus he will have money issues if he does that. It just doesn't seem worth the cost to me. But eh, it's his call.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

What will the ancient cruiser in CF's system do? Will attack the pop there?

Ancient cruiser in CF's system has neutron bombs, so will destroy the population automatically.

If you want to commit to a centre drive Drek I could always UN influence 107 next round to allow your ships through, I want to go after double ancients and I'll be building a second dread

I'm assuming that you wouldn't mind a wormhole generator as well?
